WARNING Do not recommend applying or ever suspecting the lower rate (even if credit score is above 800) also I recommend closely reading the FINE PRINT before paying the $59 application fee

Most reasonably priced rentals in town! Any time there is a problem they are there to fix it ASAP! Great maintenance crew.

Some of their properties are ok but they raise the rent too much and take too long to fix things, where my son lives they dont trim any bushes or cut down weeds the weeds are huge it's crazy. The building looks like s**t fr alot of things wrong inside also they do not care about their buildings that's evident!

I rented through Kelley Property at Monarch Estates for over four years and just recently moved out only because I purchased a house. They have been very accommodating, affordable rent, always fixed any problems that would arise, kept the property maintained and clean and gave notice for repairs. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the complex and felt as though it was my first true home.

They do a great job screening potential renters and I always felt safe at the property as well. I can never thank them enough for providing me a safe space where my neighbors felt like family.

3 times the rent requirements basically says we don't want disabled or elderly living here with SSI or SSDI. Should not be required and to me is discrimination.

Very pleased with the apartment, price was very reasonable. I'm in construction and Kelley worked very well with me on terms and conditions. I would rent from them anytime.

We have rented a house from Kelley for 8 years. Always fast and friendly when repairs are needed. We have had an excellent time dealing with all employees. Update: we recently purchased a home and moved out of our rental. 9 years, and they were never difficult to deal with and we got back our entire deposit. Pay your rent on time, take care of the rental and clean when you leave. If you can do those things you will have a good experience with these guys.

They are pleasent enough when you go there but they don't really clean places well when a tenant leaves. Also they tried to get me to take a partner at 40 dollars over the price they originally were asking. I hope they find a better way to do business.

The worst management company ever. They are just rent collectors. They don't care about the properties. They never clean common areas, they will rent to anyone. Our building always reeked of weed. They charged me for cleaning when we returned the apartment cleaner than we originally received it. They are a joke, find someone else to rent from if you can.

Viewed 3 properties from this company yesterday. I fell in love with one on 2 acres. (My parents live in Pontoon Beach Illinois on 3 acres where I go to this day with my children and brush hog as well as help my mom with her garden) So I know all about brush hogging and the upkeep of 2 acres etc. Prior to me even doing the application the question was asked what brings you to the area and I stated I own a homecare agency in St. Louis I have a friend who lives here and I'm moving to the area and will open a agency.

Fast forward I applied for the house and was denied because 2 things are placed in collections and being new to the area the owner wants to make sure I have steady income. I was told to talk with the owner in the morning. I'm not even going to bother because it's a principal to this. If you knew prior to me doing the application why I was relocating and one of the reasons for denial was being new to the area why in the hell did you take my 89 bucks.

Second do people not run bussiness and live elsewhere? Do people not open multiple locations? The MAJOR THING THAT THREW ME FOR A LOOP, MY PARENTS AS WELL. I EVEN GOT ON THE PHONE WITH THE LENDER I WAS GOING TO WORK WITH AND HE WAS TAKING A BACK. I was approved for a home loan WITH THE SAME REMARKS ON MY CREDIT BUT SHOWED PROOF TO THE UNDERWRITER THE PAYMENT WAS PAID IN FULL.

The only reason why I backed out was being new to the area I decided not to take the big step of home ownership right out the gate I thought maybe I should get a better feel for the area for a year or 2. So you mean to tell me I can get approved for 260k home loan in Iowa but not a rental? Interesting
