Worst housing ever, made me wait for parking passes for my sons therapist. Not only that but are telling me I have to pay for the passes for a special run even thou I have been asking for the since late March and yet the HOA is $300. Can't wait to sell my home, maybe even go take it to some to look over our argreement contract. Los Angeles do better for your tenants. Shouldn't be this hard to send a simple thing over.

They tell u how it is and thats how it should be. They dont sugar coat anything and produce false hope. Lynn is so attentive to her tenants. Rent is good and properties are good. Lynn will work with u and any situation. So far they are great people

I'm a neighbor of a property managed by this company. It seems very obvious this company doesn't care about anything except making that monthly check. A 2 bedroom 1 bath house being rented out to 9 people, 6 adults and 3 children, seems like an unhealthy environment for everyone crammed into that house. This is a residential property also on a septic system, which probably can't handle the amount of people using it.

Not to mention the amount of vehicles parked on the driveway and lawn. Usually about 6 to 7. This property seems really poorly managed and I would not ever recommend this company. This is a perfect example of property managed by slum lords. I used to take pride in my neighborhood, now I just feel embarrassment.
