I would like to express my appreciation to your speedy process of my tenant's application. You are the one of the few best property managers I ever worked with. I just wanted to say thank you again for all of your help; if you can please forward this letter to your 'higher powers'! I just wanted to let you know that you have an outstanding employee by the name of Kristin Klingman.

Does not respond to calls or emails. Just what you would want from a property management company.

The worst experience, I pay every year all my association the year complete and I take all the year and I take all the year receiving debt letters that do not correct, every call say ooo if! you are right and spend 2 months and I return to ship the bill charging, not only what you already pay since January, but the whole year of late fee. and the accounts department are a groceros, they're never in the office and they don't solve anything

Where it is Mr. Wesley? I am looking from him since 5/15. None one from his office contact me to provide account information to pay, They just want you to be late and charge fees.

My experiences with King Management have been great. They seem to be very professional and their heart is in the right place when it comes to addressing resident's concerns.

This company is one of the worst I've experienced. They have an unreasonable approach at concerns that are important. They hold homeowners completely accountable for failures in there systems. Really, they just suck. Trying to get a hold of someone is virtually impossible especially someone in accounting. I was transferred to 4 voicemails that were all full.

That should tell you something immediately. Finally, when someone did pick up the phone I was told that the person in charge of my account was the only person that could handle my concern. I was told to send her an email but I wanted to talk with someone on the phone. It's been three days, and I am still waiting for her to call me back. Now we have a holiday weekend so it will be about a week later if she decides to call me back. If you suck at customer service, find an industry where you don't have to provide it.
