Absolute slumlords. Things are not fixed in a reasonable time, including air conditioning (knowing theres a special needs child in the home) Threatens tenants, does not give notice when lawns are mowed so kids can pick up their toys, just mows them over.even with kids outside playing and watching. Charges 1k plus a month for trailers with holes in the floor DO not rent from them, they're horrible.

It would be nice if they could put in their budget to trim or remove a dead tree that hangs over into my yard. i have asked them for years to consider, but their answer is always "do whatever you want". a good neighbor that runs a business would want to keep their neighbors happy by being responsible for their hazards. ed kermoade
