Landmarc Real Estate Chiavaroli & Limbrick

Have been working with Landmarc for 2 1/2 years and they are unresponsive toward any communications attempts. The way the market is going with homeowners selling in their neighborhoods and buyers moving in, they disregard any regulations originally set within the communities unless its for their gain.

I have lived in an HOA for about 15 years and really have found that the property manager makes the difference of a good community and a bad one. Katie from Landmarc is definitely one of the best in her field, whenever I have an issue she is either on it already or will take care of it right away. As an owner I really appreciate that kind of service.

She seems to care a lot about her properties and goes the extra mile for the communities she represents. An example is when my community needed new mailboxes she set up times where she sat in the community (in her car because we don't have a community center) all house so residents could get their keys, I remember one night it was 10:00 and she was out there still handing out keys. In my opinion she goes above and beyond. I am overall satisfied with Landmarc as a whole and hope my community continues to use them for many years to come.

The timing to receive response from them to my queries is mostly inexistent which is so disappointing when one wants to make urgent decisions.

Landmarc Real Estate has been very convenient and pleasant to work with. As a homeowner, everything I've asked about I got an answer. I feel they are willing to work with homeowners as long as it's not going against the guidelines.

We hold are quarterly meetings at this facility and the meeting rooms are perfect for our needs. The only problem I see is the elevator is too small if you want to still keep social distancing in this current climate.

Great property management company. Very responsive to resident concerns. Just the right amount of oversight. We appreciate the community food trucks and hope that they will continue to be scheduled.

Don't live here lees crossing. You pay HOA for nothing. We got snowed in and no plow came to dig us out. Then they don't answer the phone.

Awful HOA. I pay 60 dollars a month for absolutely nothing but trash and a pool with tiles falling off.

This real estate company is the best. You can reach them via phone or email daily, they respond quickly and are very helpful. I remember when I lost a parking pass due to an accident. And instead of making me pay the $100 replacement fee, they waived it! Nothing but positive experiences with them.

This business bullies lot owners and demands inhumane conditions. Homebuilders beware of LandMarc Real Estate. You will eventually turn off potential homeowners under their HOA management
