While upgrading to a new, energy-efficient heating. When temperatures drop, pipes can freeze and burst, causing thousands of dollars in damage. Don't let this happen in your home. Give you a hard time about getting your deposit back even when the house is left in the same condition with no damage. Charged me for a fallen tree in the yard.

Terrible slumlords. Once the property goes down I value; they force you to move by not doing any small or major repairs instead of being honest with you.

Total Slumlords! Two and half months i have had water leaking on from the pipes in my kitchen. And every time you report an issue it never gets fixed. They always have an excuse why they can't come and Tina in the office is extremely rude, talks crazy to you and will also hang up. Do not rent from them. My rent has always been paid on time but they could care less. Find another company, These bad reviews are true, they are horrible to their tenants!

If I could leave Zero Stars, I would. I applied for an Apartment in Midtown. The Apartment was and still is listed since? April 2021. Denied the first time in April. Applied again in October 2021 for the same complex with? Over Grown Foul Smelling MOLD in the Freezer. Waited Four Weeks to hear a decision either way on the Unit. Every time I contacted Lecco, was told: " We have been out due to, Covid." Several weeks after receiving the ' Run Around' I received an unprofessional Text via phone stating: ' I was not approved.' They kept my Application Fee. No Worries Lecco. I was approved for? An AMAZING Apartment in East Memphis!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value My mother posted a review complaining about the mold and furnace being out of order the furnace kicked on by its self but they replied all has been fixed I'll be posting pictures of the mold and their reply and the faulting paneling in the second story of the house

I waited for 2 weeks for a property to be available, and I called almost everyday just for them to say it wasn't ready. I explained everything that may have affected my approval prior to applying, and was told I would be fine. When the tenant finally moved out, I applied, and provided all of the information required. A week went by, and the house was removed offline, so I reached out to the them, and I was asked to send in how much money I have in savings, something I have never heard of when trying to rent a property.

But I sent the info in, and 2 hours later, I was told that that I was denied for the same thing I explained prior to applying, and the owner decided to go with another applicant. Just checked online today, and the same house has been listed again, a week after they told me someone else had been approved. They are taking app fees, and lying about it. I have learned my lesson.

Leco Realty is managing a property in Midtown that has a very large dead tree that may fall at any time. I own the house next door and the tree sits between both of our houses. I have reached out on multiple occasions to contact the owner of the house, Bert Less who it is my understanding owns Leco Realty. I have offered to pay part of the costs to take the tree down.

His current tenants in that house have warned him about the danger of the dead tree. No response. I am surprised that a person that manages hundreds of properties would ignore something that could be a hazard to his tenants and other people.

Try and make a matenance call! Good luck! No one will come. I have serious structural damage from two window frames that leak into the walls when it rains.mold is problem! One of the windows won't shut (picture included) This house was built in1940, but it's still solid if someone helps! It's painful to see such a good house rot away!

The people at Leco have been very helpful and friendly toward me! I've been in my apartment for 2 years and any time I've had an issue, someone has contacted me within the same week (usually only 1-2 days later) to have it resolved. I definitely think I my home is well-worth what I pay in rent.
