Joanna and Jeff are the worst people to deal with. Highly unprofessional and unresponsive. Please don't rent any space from them you will lose your money. I had leased space from them for 20 years and always paid rent on time even in COVID time. After my lease expiration I have my store key to the property manager. Cleaned the store nicely and by the time I got my security check back they had deducted 98% of my security deposit and now they are not responding. I am going a legal way to get my money. I will highly recommend not to lease any space from them.
