Unfortunately zero isn't an option. They are the most trifling dishonest people I've ever come across. We should be dependent on them to better our community yet all they do is tick off the residents with their deceitful practices and malicious ways. The written HOA covenants are a complete joke. Ultimately they are making decisions based on their own personal preferences and/or opinions. We get a lot of feedback from community members that all state they wouldn't have moved here if they knew what they were getting themselves into. They are scandalous.

Spiteful. Vindictive. Deceitful. Lies about violations, cites 2nd and 3rd notices without ever having made a first complaint. Claims to mail things that they don't, then produces false dates to back up bogus claims. Power hungry and causes division. Bias and targets people. Does the absolute opposite of what an HOA is intended to do. Lies, Lies, Lies. Unaccounted for money, increases fees with out proper votes, hides unsigned voting proxies to sway votes in their favor.
Do NOT buy a home managed by this company and if you do look to replace them. You will watch your community decline and they will harass you over a garbage can on garbage day. They also send creepy people to stare into your yard and take pictures. Shameful. Corrupt.

They had nerve to ride by as we were switching our cars out to drive the other one n they said it a valation. And weve been doing landscaping for a month. N said we need to cut out grass whi ch of course was cut but yet we have pics of cars packed on both sides of our streets everydayy.and pics of our yard. Even the the office in neighborhood says they are lyin n that we keep our cars put up.so keep tryin people everyday. Keep tryin n youll be buyin my house

Hard to contact, hard to deal with, they ride through once every quarter and make false claims without any evidence to support them. The amenities are in diplorabel condition and have been for 4 years the roads are cracking and potholes everywhere people do as they please and they charge 5k a year for this there a waist of money and time

Expect us to pay fees for something that had nothing to do with us. Paying for street lights that don't even cover the whole neighborhood, front sign tot small lights and landscaping for not even half a block worth of grass and trees. No amenities, very rude, hides total cost of things WE residents are expected to pay for. Paying for nothing. What a joke!
