If I could give no stars I would. Absolute garbage service. Overcharges for everything and projects take an absurd amount of time to complete.

Horrible customer service. I volunteer my time at the HOA community, meeting with contractors and overseeing the landscapers and Little and Sons Management does nothing to move foward on projects needed on the property, budget pre approved or not on projects. The HOA management spent $8,000 dollars on a non emergency landscaping project without consulting me ( landscapers supervisor ) and or consulting our board members.

Our landscapers have been waiting for months to be reimbursed for items purchased for the community. Minimal to zero dedication to our community as they get paid every month. Look the other way and run if your thinking of hiering them and I hope this review helps you on that decision. Thank You!
