Fox Pointe Townhomes will offer and 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes. The first phase of units are expected to be complete for November of 2018. I wouldn't recommend Riverwood Apt. in Cannon Falls if you are a single female, in my opinion it definitely wouldn't be a safe place to live.

RENTERS BEWARE As a x employee I've seen first hand how Llyod ignore residents needs and concerns. I couldn't ever refer anyone to rent from this company.

We have lived in one of Lloyd management's properties for almost three years. We have always kept a play house a slide and a basketball hoop outside. We just got a letter about a month ago saying we are no longer aloud to have these items for our three children to play with on our patio. I didn't realize we live in a prison. What are they supposed to play on? That nasty playground that isn't age appropriate for our children? Absolutely ridiculous that our children can't be kids.

I am deeply saddened to even must go this far as to write a review as typically I have never been so disgusted with dealing someone to even bother to write one. BUT today I am beyond disgusted! I lived at Northridge for 5 almost 6 years. When I moved it was just starting with the lockdown of Covid-19. I let my Property Manager Sarah Collins know months a head of time I was leaving and put in my 30 days.

I never heard from anyone at all in the office and not even her after putting in my notice. I was never called to follow up a move out inspection. When I called I never got a response from anyone. I placed my keys along with my forwarding address in the drop box at the office which no one was in the office. I made several attempts to call and never heard from anyone until months later I get an email from Sarah asking why I did not cash my deposit.

I never received my deposit; I gave her my forwarding address AGAIN! When I received the check and the move out checklist, there were multiple charges that did not make sense. I am in the leasing business and handle plenty of move outs. Managed over 200 properties. When I moved I was charged for broken blinds (NONE of the blinds were broken when I left I always had them replaced and just had a fresh set of blinds installed), I was charged for shelves in the garage when those were from previous tenants and I left the garage in the condition it was given to me besides when they resided the garages and the contractors put holes in my garage (which I let Sarah know about during construction), I was charged with not turning in keys when I placed them in the lock box with my forwarding address because I never heard from ANYONE after putting in my notice two months prior.

I thought I was able to contact Sarah which I called and emailed several attempts AGAIN. To discuss the charges and today a week later I was met with the most rude and evil email and was told therefore we suggest move out inspections. Completely AGREE because EVIL companies like you like to rip people off. I made several attempts to schedule a move out inspection and get ahold of anyone in the office from MAY until now February almost a year later and NO ONE not ONE SOUL got back to me until it was questioning why I did not cash my check to balance their books.

Being in the industry I met SEVERAL OWNERS who refused to work with this company because they were so careless and had such bad customer service and never cared to keep their property full of residents. Now as a past resident I see what they meant. Absolutely disgusting that you would sit and treat someone that way. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AND IF YOU ARE A CURRENT RESIDENT MAKE SURE YOU HOUND THEM TO DO A MOVE OUT INSPECTION AND TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WHEN YOU QUESTION YOUR CHARGES BE WARNED YOU WILL BE MET WITH ABSOLUTE RUDENESS AND DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR! DON'T PUT YOURSELF THROUGH IT. 2020 was rough on all of us you never know what someone else is going through.

I hope none of you lost as many loved ones as I did over the last year. Or have to deal with the things I have with this company. Be kinder to people. This world is already ugly. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND SO GLAD I WILL NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH SARAH COLLINS AGAIN OR LLOYD MANAGEMENT.

There housing manager at tenth street townhomes in storm lake is not a kind hearted person at all. I felt harassed as my health wasn't the greatest at the time, yet she would not relent toward being a very rude and condescending apartment manager. I believe she has a lot of person issues and uses her power as property manager to try to be a people manager instead. It's not a dorm, or a job, it's residential housing. As another lady told me when she was leaving she was so happy to get out of Cathy Lyman's kingdom.

I used to recommend the Hilltop Lane apartments to everyone and always share my great experience as a renter. Until today. I have NEVER encountered such an unprofessional, inappropriate, arrogant, and UNFIT property manager, like Pam Tollefson. She criticized who I am not only a person, but also as a mother simply because HER staff failed to do THEIR job and clean up their mess after fixing my bathroom ceiling.

She never once acknowledged that her staff was in the wrong. She continued to insult me on a personal level for feeling upset because I came home to plaster COVERING my bathroom floor, vanity, personal things, shower, cabinets, sink, and tracked into my hallway carpet. She asked me how will I be able to handle a real problem if I am bothered by this.

Even giving one star is being too kind. Before moving in, I had many people tell me how rude and vindictive she is. I was told not to move here because of her. I should have listened. So like other people did with me, I will make sure I tell anyone I know looking for a place to rent, to NEVER live at Hilltop Lane Apartments as long as she is there.

While I've only lived here a week, I'm already thoroughly impressed with the staff. I called maintenance about a few issues I had with my apartment and they came same day and went above and beyond with not only fixing my shower but replacing my shower head and spout. They didn't do a quick fix, they truly fixed my problem. And on top of that the maintenance man and the manager have been a pleasure to work and communicate with. I truly appreciate this as I came from awful service elsewhere!
