the house I rented was a nice house.
the neighborhood had really crazy people in it and the management left something to be desired.
This company over charges for any and all work done and keeps your entire security deposit, claiming outrageous fees for outrageous hours like 19 hours to paint a house you lived in for a year? or 2.5 hours to pull a small back yard with some dead weeds in it? 3 hours to fix some loose screws? Somebody at the head of this company has some loose screws, that much is certain. I would not recommend renting from this company to anyone.
