Just back from Florida for the season, and had a couple of minor issues. New employee Jen called me back immediately and had someone over same day. Very responsive and courteous. There had been some complaints in the past, but current experience is excellent.

My experience was an excellent one with Lorell Management. I had an issue that needed resolving right away, and they were excellent I have never had a problem with the office that handles our condo complex (Manager Jay Hornug Jr). I know the family manages more complexes other than the one I'm in, as a mater of fact my sister is in one that does not appear to be a managed as well as the one I'm in. I want to especially thank Jennifer Weaver, she so professional, and kept me posted until the issue was resolved. Thank you Jay and Jennifer for all your assistance.

We have had no issues with Lorell in the years they've been managing the property we reside at. Promptly responded to the maintenance calls we've needed to make and the guys always do a great job.

This is by far the worst company i have ever had dealings with. Jenn the Vise President is rude and has no idea how to run a business. If you are looking for a professional company to operate your association i would not recommend this company on any level. I am a business owner myself and reviews is my #1 thing to understand how people feel and what there experience.

I was shocked on the emails received from Jenn and the fact they handle NOTHING. They charged me $240.00 to come and turn a switch of and turn it back on. The person on call told me its $85.00 dollars talk about not having your company in order. They sit back and do nothing and then sends me a bill with no due dates they one day out of the blue tells me there a late fee. she is trying to treating me with $25.00 late fee's and sending aggressive emails trying to get back at a CUSTOM. i hope everyone finds this helpful in there experience and seeing they have a 2.8 rating is even embarrassing we are using them. Sorry 2.3 rating

I have water damage at barnside condominium in taunton. The pipes under the concrete broke. Water is coming from the concrete and go to my kitchen hall and go all the way outside. They finally came to see where is the water coming from two weeks ago. They said Jane the manager will contact me to fix the problem. I'm still waiting for her call. It's been two weeks now, I have not heard from anyone to tell me what's the status of it.

While I'm waiting for her call, the water under the concrete to my kitchen getting worse. When it's cold the water coming from the concrete and goes to my kitchen hall. There is a strong mold smell in my kitchen, The smell is terrible. Please I'm asking someone out there for help. This water damage can do a lot of damage to the condo. It is very serious things going on what now. Help, Help, help

I am bewildered with the other reviews because my experience with Lorell's staff, including Jenn, has always been exemplary. They are thorough, concise, and thoughtful. Almost anyone there can answer your question or will get back to you with the answer. Jenn helped me out with an insurance problem I had with my homeowners policy and a claim. My online company wasn't going to cover it but she talked to them and they did. Go to Lorell Management and stay with them!

I had the worst experience this morning with this management office. My mom owns a condo on their property and pays $300 a month in maintenance and homeowner fees. I asked them to fix her flowerbed so that her basement is not retaining water from all the mulch and they told me no. I received a phone call from Disrespectful Jenn who assumed that we were renting.

She was rude and had the nerve to hang up on me. She called back but by then I was on my way back to their officer to see her about her disrespect, I was told I was un welcomed and to leave. I refused and they called the cops. They told the cops I wasn't a home owner (false) and that I was not welcomed. Thank God the cops have common sense and could see right through their BS.

They have a bunch of lazy, money hungry people working here. They don't care about their community and always looking for an easy way out. For $300 a month, the least you can do is fix the issue. I wish I could leave a zero star but I had to select at least one.

HA! uhm. this is where (we the board of directors)(as described in MGL 138a and on) decided to take things to court. they not only made bad decisions, but unlawful in our opinion! but the board of directors gets fined I guess you could say. its illegal to sue yourself, however, lorell made it possible, and with that lawyer shanley. its the truth, and can be proven! this is where 50+ units can say, they put us in debt, so they could become rich! BEWARE! there are many bbb acredited good businesses.

Don't choose one that "MAY" ruin the rest of your life! another bad one is ACMC. Advanced Condo Management! Maybe local condo's can share info! I am google+ I am making a stand with 50+ units! contact me if you want to! -Mark!
