Judy was great, very informative. One of the other office workers was rude over the phone, seemed like I was an inconvenience, refused to answer any questions and treated me as if I was simply a number. Pretty sad when a place has no ability to be kind and compassionate to someone simply looking for a home for their family, as if it's not hard enough.

Maria the manager came to do a walk through inspection on my last day. She started talking me down on really minute things on $400 apartment. There was nothing wrong with the apartment an by the way it was ugly as hell. I kept it cause it was $400. She kept yelling at me on non issue things for nothing. I have rented many places including high end places and I have an outstanding history.

She yelled at me so much I could not take it and I started screaming. So I went down to their office and started screaming at everyone! I never saw something so stupid. If your going to start yelling and scolding people normally you have a reason to.

I rented a duplex at 2121 S Herald Rd in the Spokane Valley for 4 years from M T Management. It was a good value for the large duplex, and is in a great neighborhood in the South Valley. Phil at MT was always responsive to my requests for repairs or maintenance, Whenever something needed to be done, they were on it in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciated! My experience with them as a rental company has been nothing but positive and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

I mostly communicated with Judy the entire 2.5 years we were renting a duplex managed by MT Management. She was always professional and friendly. We have absolutely 0 complaints. Responses to any emails or request were extremely prompt and resolutions to any maintenance needs were always swiftly (with in 24 hours) handled. Move out was easy and painless and the cleaning/maintenance they took from our deposit was extremely reasonable.

We still ended up with more than half of our deposit returned to us with in 2 weeks of move out. We would have continued renting from one of their properties, had there been a property available that met the needs of our growing family. 100% recommend MT-Management.

Just moved out of an apartment managed by M-T management. They were such a great company to work with. We moved from out of state and they helped set up an apartment walk through with my in laws so we could see the apartment in some way. Judy was always available for question and quick to respond to emails. The best residential management company I have ever worked with!

When we moved in, the yard was overgrown with weeds. There were multiple broken fixtures throughout the house that were documented. Upon move out, we were charged for all of these things. even though they had promised that work orders were in for the multiple repairs needed. These repairs did not happen our entire year at the house. And now we pay for it? Unprofessional, and highly unethical. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Ive been with MT management for over 6 years. never once had a problem. Theyre always great with repairs, parking is wonderful, neighbors are quiet and nice. Highly recommend.

We just used M-T Management for Lease Up Services after having no vacancies for 3 years. Judy, Maria and team were on top of recommending what needed to be done to get ready for the next tenant and arranged everything. Our property rented just days after they advertised it. Judy was extremely communicative, which we really appreciated and we already have the rent and deposit, only 8 days after signing the lease.

They are on top of everything, despite being in a COVID situation. We will use them again and highly recommend their services to any property owner who wants the expertise of a property management company.

M-T Management has handled my single-family home rental for the past 16 months. They have placed great tenants and have taken care of all of the small issues that are associated with owning an older home. At the end of the 12-month lease agreement, they inspected and found the dwelling in great conditions. My stress level is much lower these days! Thank you M-T Management.

M-T Management has been finding great tenants for my Duplex for several years now. I live in Tacoma so it is really important for me to have good tenants. They inspect for me when I have a vacancy and make sure everything is in good working condition. They set the rent to the best rate for the unit, all for a very reasonable fee. I'm so great full for all they do.

Not even an ok management company (Phil is great). They charged me $130 to clean my apartment and this is how I received the unit, (greasy/filthy) and the other clean photo is how I returned it to them. They are very unprofessional, charging me $40 for a $10 shower curtain rod, and trying to charge me for cleaning fees in another unit. Filthy units. I will not rent from anyone using them as a management company. Probably going to small claims court on this one.

MT Management is great. They have been wonderful to work with since 2011. The staff is friendly, helpful and fair. They have been fantastic at keeping the properties full of great people. Even in challenges, they treat everyone with fairness and respect. I would highly recommend this property management company.

Thank you Maria and Phil for so promptly getting the plumber and carpenter out to my house. The work done is excellent. I love how I see the same people to do work at my house. I have never felt like I'm just a property you manange. My son and I feel like we are important and valued. Anyone needing a place to rent should call M-T Management and become part of their family.

Garbage garbage garbage! Scum Lord's at it's finest. Do not rent from them if you can help it. They will find every little thing and charge you a substantial amount for it. Someone dumped garbage by our shed out back and they cleaned it up and charged us! They told us it would be split between three units and we never got a notice that they changed their minds.

Our lease was up January 31 and they're charging us for February also and we aren't living there. They seem like really nice people but they're screwing everyone over. I've talked with three other tenants and they are treated the same way and got sucked into signing a year lease. They will make your life miserable and have you worried financially. They are unprofessional and will cuss at you if they feel threatened. Good thing my family has money and I will be taking them to court!

I would definitely say that MT Management has been more than exceptional as far as service and communication goes. I am a first time renter as i just turned 19 and i was extremely confused on the whole process. I could have gone with many other property managers but MT was by far the best at handling my 5+ phone calls a day and essentially just doing a really good job at handling young adults without overwhelming them. They guided me through the process and explained everything very clearly and that was awesome.

M-T Management does an excellent job handling our property management needs. They are detailed and provide excellent accounting. Each member of their team is experienced and handles issues with professionalism. I would highly recommend M-T Management; and do so to my own clients.

MT management has been wonderful we have been renting from them for over two years now and they are always fast to respond and don't bug us at all! When our garage door broke they sent someone out on the weekend to fix it so our stuff would not be unlocked! Our roof and fence got damaged in the big wind storm in 2015 and they were there the following day to look at it and get things fixed!

When our dishwasher wouldn't work when we first moved in the replaced it the next day with a brand new one! And they charge a reasonable price! I'm very happy with them and will refer all my friends and family to them! Thank you MT management for being so awesome!

Maria, Judy and team at M-T Management have managed my property in Airway Heights area since 2009. I live overseas, and they have done an excellent job managing my property. It has been a real pleasure working with a team of professionals. I highly recommend M-T Management for all your property management needs.

They are not the worst company to go through but they are definitely not the best. I had several problems while renting out an apartment from them. The majority of staff there seem to not give two s**** about you as a renter once your moved in. Especially Maria, the "head hancho" or what she made herself seem to be. She is extremely rude and even sarcastic at times. I will never rent through mt management again.

You know its hard to rate something like a Property Management Company but considering our last experience these guys were really great. The Lease terms are flexible. They responded right away to the minor concerns we had upon moving in. We are a two family household (my brother and his wife moved in with us) and they didn't even bat a eye to that.

We hope to have a good experience with them while we are in the house. PS: no hidden fees or things like that. Good group of folks so far. Epilogue: M-T Management was a great place to rent from. They made leaving the property easy and had no over the top demands.yeah we did have to clean the house.but doesn't everyone when they leave? Anyway we had such a better experience with them then Madison Realty.

The Spokane Valley Management team are jerks. Was not impressed. Paid them alot of rent over the years, and the broker "Maria" came off like a Ice Queen. Basicly a "screw you, you gave notice". Definatly NOT a people person. I would not rent from this firm again. Count on it.

M-T Management is a great company to work with. They know their market and provide great customer service. I would recommend them to any one looking for Property Management Services.
