I'm a 20 plus year experienced handyman in Orange county. I recently got a request for some plumbing and drywall repairs in the LA county area. Since I don't handle this area I decided to seek assistance for my client. When I asked my contacts if anyone had recommendations, I was connected with Maintco Corp. After doing some research online, I felt they were reputable so I referred my client to them.

Maintco is a single top service provider with in-house technicians that have been working for Maintco for more than 20 years. The quality of service is top notch and the personnel are extremely professional. They do not service in the residential category, but for a professional facility and construction manager, Maintco is complete source of added value. Single ply roofing installation was beautiful. Manufacturer scored the install at 100%.

As a vendor (photographer, videographer) who was hired by Maintco to document their work, let me say that this is one of the most professional companies I've had the pleasure to work with. Not only are they honest and excellent in everything that they do, but they treated me with the highest professionalism you could ask for. As someone who has documented other company's work, I can honestly say that I've never seen such a level of craftsmanship and pride as I did from Maintco.
