These people are insensitive, petty, unprofessional, inconsiderate. And those are the only good things that I can say about them, without vulgarity!

Critical: Professionalism If I would have read the reviews and known about their lack of respect for their clients. I would not have considered purchasing a home where they manage the HOA!

They are horrible! The Management is horrible! The parking is truly horrible! Especially thru and during the COVID 19 situation. They have consistently harassed all the resident(s) and guest(s) who have parked in the guest parking (mind you) not knowing if they are guests from out of town by putting notices on their cars by telling them they are in violation of parking overnight.

Then why do you have guest parking. Then you proceed to tell them that they have parked in the guest parked too many nights and you are in violation and that it's in the HOA rules. Where is this? This information should be posted. I have spoken with many of the residents and they didn't even agree to this. The construction that has been going on around here has taken entirely too long and it they have taken down the basketball court, the children do not have anywhere to play and for the amount of money that is expended (a parking placard $50.00), there is no swimming pool.

This is truly piss poor. I have never seen an HOA run this way neither a business. Believe this, I am looking into filing a class action suit and have contacted John Burris' office. ***Additional Comments*** Because of my comments made comments above concerning the management of this community I have been retaliated against. Security has has purposely been instructed to look for my car and place a violation on my car if I have parked in guest parking. However, several residents in the Abellas have more than 2 cars and they park in guest parking as well for more than 3 consecutive times.

I have pictures to prove this and they have no violation on their car, and no permit either. As well as one of the residents who sits on the Board of the Directors (conflict of interest?). Is this not a double standard? The Abellas is a very nice community, however, why subjugate guests and/residents concerning parking especially when you have construction going on and parking being used from that. Please Advise. As stated above. I am submitting all violations to my attorney now that I know I have been targeted in a retaliatory manner because of my "review"

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness They make you feel very unimportant, saying they have hundreds of and they don't have time for you. They charge hundreds of dollars to download information off their website. We were trying to buy a condo and they wouldn't even answer a few questions for our lender. These people are rude, thoughtless and unhelpful.

We live in an HOA community and have tried with all of our efforts to speak with the company to get a clear answer with an ongoing issue. Only responses have been with generic reply emails and that they will follow up with the HOA Board of our community. Yet to see or receive a clear response. Still waiting for an October 2019 response :

These fools have been mismanaging our condominium for a number of years. They raise dues by 20% every year just like clockwork. They also don't have a clue how to fund our reserves. There was a dry-rot problem and with no communication gave a $1900 assessment to us. Not really clear if only the ones with a problem had to pay or just certain ones.

Then we were having some health problems and our yard got overgrown. After paying $900 to remove some trees and shrubs they still felt compelled to fine us $400 because a few plants were touching the fence. It was the holidays and we were behind on our payment but these villains still put a lien on our house and we had to cash in our savings bonds because of all the added attorney fees etc.

Thank You Mister Scrooge. This place is like a prison camp with Big Brother watching constantly. And we just got more pictures in the mail recently in an attempt to extort even more from us. These people are monsters. Stay far away if you want to keep your sanity. We plan on cutting our losses and getting out of this hell-hole as soon as we possible! btw we would give a negative star if we could.

They herass all residents especially helpless elderly, they over charge and they try to put a lein on every thing they get a chance to. Evil alternative period. If you are an attorney reading this it's time for a class action suit.

The Management Alternative is difficult to communicate with as a home owner in an HOA managed by them. They send notices to infractions with no back up information or photos of the infractions you may have committed. Every notice contains a possible fine in the infraction continues. There is no simple "knock on the door" as a friendly neighbor notifying you.

Our community received a 19% increase this year in our annual rate with poor accounting to justify the increase. Run from this company if you are thinking about living in a community managed by them.

Rude. Difficult to communicate. I feel like they expect me to work for them! Their 'inspections' are jokes. I received letter about not having my house number visible for emergency services. The number is on the house, the mailbox and painted on the curb. Makes "are you blind?" rhetorical.

This business provides services for the HOA community I live in. On the two occasions I've needed to contact them for questions I've found the staff to be very rude, not helpful at all, not very well trained and seem to have the attitude that they do not want to have to deal with members. My written attempts to bring these issues to the attention of the management have not been responded to. As a member who pays his annual dues which in turn pay the salaries of these employees, a little common courtesy should not be too much to ask for.
