Terrible management company! Several neighbors and I have complained and nothing has been done. There is ice and snow outside and roads aren't treated in the neighborhood this is totally unsafe. What are we even paying $500 for. Neighbors have reported falling and getting hurt. I almost slid into another neighbors two cars because I lost control of my vehicle.

I even had to take a day off of work because of the icy conditions of the neighborhood and due to this companies negligence. This isn't an isolated incident but repeated incident that happened several times last year and 3x this year already. Also our driveways and sidewalks don't get treated either. Don't use this company! I will be moving ASAP!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness My association has been using Management plus for as long as I have lived here (15 plus years) and the support over the last 10 years has decreased immensely. They never respond to emails and nothing ever gets fixed at the complex. If you are looking for a company to manage a condo complex - this is not the place

They towed a car because of my neighbor complaining she complains every week about something new. She also beats on my walls at 6 pm for me walking up and down the steps but this place does not care what she does. They had my car towed because I only drive it on the weekends and was not drove during the week due to a company vehicle the car was parked in visitor parking area as well.

This company should be removed ASAP due to incompetence. Why pay all these fees to be harassed weekly by a neighbor I will be contacting the BBB as well along with local news channels this will not go unheard of.

HOA fees are excessive for the services provided (lawn care, water/sewage, repairs to the outside of the unit IF needed). Our HOA fees went up to $469 A MONTH, in theory for updates to siding and roofing in the community. All of the units did not receive the update.but all have to pay the increased rate. Very frustrating!

I work for a contractor and we have been doing business with Management Plus for about 5 years. It has been so refreshing to work with a property management company who clearly values the time and convenience of not only their contractors but, first and foremost, their community members. Jen Duncan and the entire team consistently go out of their way to facilitate improvements and maintenance in a courteous and professional manner that keeps community comfort and convenience at the forefront of each project. We look forward to servicing their properties and continuing our relationship for years to come.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. If you try to message the property manager for the condominium I live in and it's something she doesn't want to deal with, she will either not respond or play clueless in her response. They care more about petty complaints made my bored neighbors who are also on the condominium board so they kiss their behinds, than actual issues.

For example, Hamilton county public health raised concern over bees surrounding the pool due to a leak coming from the shed near the pool (some people are allergic to bees) and the company was contacted promptly. they didn't seem to care. But god forbid you don't park your car to their liking they will threaten to tow your vehicle on Christmas Day!

No way to contact anyone outside of office hours except emergency maintenance and they are pretty much useless as well and nobody answers during office hours half the time anyways. I'm convinced these people don't even work. Extremely unprofessional and does not have their priorities right. Someone needs to come in there and clean house!

I have worked on Managment Plus communities for the last 5 years. I really like working with everyone there. They are always pleasant, pro active and just good people. I would recommend Management Plus to anyone looking for a management company, or just needing help in their communities.

I have worked with Management Plus as a Contractor for the last seven years. Management Plus is one of the best property management companies I have had the privilege of doing business with. They keep their communities in phenomenal condition and are constantly improving their communities they manage. From the owner's down to the administrators they are extremely polite, professional, and overall great people. I would highly recommend living in a community where Management Plus is the management company.

Being on the board of our community and running it ourselves for the past year and now bringing in Management Plus has been the best choice we have made! The transition and constant communication has been a great aspect. Ryann and the rest of the team has answered all of our questions and concerns promptly and follows up on everything involved in our neighborhood.
