In 1959 we introduced the first business incubator to the world as a solution to a small town's sudden explosion of unemployment due to the loss of their largest employer.

The first business incubator in the world was created in 1959, in a small rural city in Upstate, NY, in response to that town's dramatic increase in unemployment caused by the closure of the largest local employer.

We've been proud to grow our architectural practice in the world's first business incubator! Fifteen years ago, the Mancuso Business Development Group provided us with an affordable space so that we could put out our shingle. Over the years, we have grown inside the complex and are now in our third office space. Each time our space got a bit bigger and came with a few more amenities. I have found the MBDG team to be a friendly group that understands the importance of giving small business an opportunity to thrive.
