Bad experience, snotty young office girls. Would not let me copy application gave me really bad attitude. One on the phone was do bad I had to report her to Erica No pets in any of their listings to rent. Just terrible front office girls

Mangold Property Management helped me with my move in process into Monterey from San Francisco. The process was easy, simple, and explained along the way. I worked with Ashley who helped me with each step. She was very friendly with the move- in process and recommendations for rental insurance. Ashley and the company made it a less stressful experience for me. Thank you!

Very arbitrary, raising rents frequently, making excuses. They don't consider tenant needs. They appear to collude with other property management companies to raise what they call "market value." Nasty business.

We absolutely loved our experience getting a new place under Mangold management. We were in a situation where we really wanted to move so we checked an apartment under their management that we loved. They told us that an applicant was approved before us, so they immediately had a new place for us to see that was even better and got us in happy and comfortable.

The response time on maintenance has been fabulous and the process is very clear and comprehensive. Thank you especially to Ashley Blackmon for being quick and present to our questions and our needs. We really appreciate you taking care of us and keeping us in mind.

Don't bother filling out an application if anyone 18 and over has a low credit score of under 700. You will all be denied regardless of income.

I can't wait to update this review with more details! I have had friends rent from them before and loved the experience. Looking forward to more positive business exchanges with Mangold. I've leaved in a mangold property for the past 15 year's and for the most part I've been ok with them

Worst experience ever. At 1112 del monte ave, Salinas. The manager at facility I rent in keeps making false accusations about me, that I'm the one supposedly throwing eggs to his car. I would like to talk to someone superior to him.

We have been renting for 10 years on the peninsula and Mangold has by far been the most professional, diligent, responsive, and pleasant. Really grateful we have found them!

Mangold has been so easy to work with! Their properties are nice, clean, and decently priced. Whats even better is the customer service. Erika has been a breeze to communicate with, always responding in timely manner and getting things done quickly! I'm a fairly new tenant but I'm already very happy with my experience and can see myself renting from them for years to come.

I lived in one of their apartments for a year. They worked to get me into it fast since I had to start working right away. Then when I would have a minor issue, they would dispatch someone that same morning. But the best thing is, I got my full security deposit back. I didn't damage the apartment and used their suggested apartment cleaners. Given the cleaners were like 300$ for a small apartment, but my deposit was definitely more than that with California rent.

We have been using Mangold to manage our properties for years and they've been a godsend. We were local to the area but I'm now out of town and if not for Mangold, I wouldn't be able to hold on to the properties. The rental income I receive is my retirement and Mangold allows me to forget I even have rental properties. They allow me to live a peaceful life. The tenants are well taken care of, the properties are well maintained and Craig has been incredibly informative over the course of Covid.

Mangold had been managing our properties for years. When my mother developed dementia they took excellent and compassionate care of her. They made sure her mortgage was paid, kept track of her insurance and taxes, kept track of her. I was living far away and Mangold gave me peace of mind. After she passed one of the staff who became close to her came to the funeral and comforted me.

I continued the management of the properties she left me to them. They take the same great care of me and they did of her. One of my homes needed extensive work after she passed and they have been overseeing the project. I'm still distant so having Mangold take care of everything and keeping me informed has been a blessing. They are like family and I couldn't keep my properties without them.

We just moved in to one of their properties and their office staff, specifically Brian and Eliana, have been great with answering all of our questions. The application and move in process was super easy and everything was done over the phone/online. Apartment was clean at move in with your normal wear and tear but we love it overall! We will definitely give an update once we have been here a little while - but so far we are happy with our decision to move here!
