You will need to know your account number and association ID number, which can be found on your HOA billing statement, and your management company ID number, which is 5004 for Maredith Management. Contact us if you do not know your ID numbers or lost your billing statement. Each community uses a different form and approval process set forth by your board of directors.

The first issue I have is you're directed to call a number, thats just a answering machine. It's very disheartening to clients who need assistance. My association was transferred to this company and the experience has been terrible ever since. They immediately get a lawyers office on you if there is any past balance. Like I mentioned before they dont answer the phone and don't plan on ever answering if you listen to the message. When you call it says email us. Very scammer like behavior, for a company to never speak to clients directly.

I can't begin to let you all know how unprofessional this company is they don't care about the community/residents all they worry about is the money that they don't do nothing with the HOA fees to keep the community and residents happy. This company should go out of business and be reported to better business bureau for the way they conduct business I wish I couldn't even give a star. So with that being said if you are looking to move into a home/community and this company is in charge of the community DON'T DO IT! MY next move will be my best move .

I would like to take this time to thank Mr. Brent Quinn for this outstanding response and customer service. I received a violation notice in the mail from Kettering HOA. My husband and I was flabbergasted because we always follow rules and maintain the upkeep of our home's interior and exterior. In fact, we receive many compliments from our neighbors about our lawncare.

After receiving this news, I was worried to death. I had called the offices several times trying to get an understanding of what the notice was about, after many days of not knowing, I text Mr. Quinn and his immediate response was not to worry. He would find out what the issue is and will call me back and he did just that. He explained the cause to me, asked me a few questions and apologize for the misunderstanding.

He closed my case and sent me an email confirmation. It is rare these days to receive great customer service and to find someone who truly cares about their customers. Thank you, Mr. Quinn. I am truly grateful for your time and efforts. With warm regards, CJ.

Maredith isn't your typical HOA Management Company. They value their customers and take the time to let them know often. There is a different feel working with a family owned and operated business. Thank you for going above and beyond to show appreciatoin for your customers. The little touches do not go unnoticed!

On March 23, 2022, I telephoned Maredith Management and was greeted by a pleasant young man named Peter. I explained the dilemma re: a property matter. Initially, he proposed some ideas my husband and I could pursue but did not stop there but offered to follow with a few strategies himself upon his management's approval. On yesterday, Tues. 4/12/22, I am pleased to report that the matter was resolved.

It spared us from possibly getting into a dispute with an unfamiliar neighbor. Needless-to-say, Peter was attentive, responsive and professional. Another thanks goes to one of the HOA Representatives who helped to steer the course from the start. Sonja M.

The Maredith Management team assists the HOA in my neighborhood. This team is thorough, amenable and most importantly prompt in their communication. I had such a great experience, I had to come here to write this review. My family had two (2) back to back requests for Marieta Medrano from the management team. She was kind, empathetic and patient in making sure we were heard and went above and beyond to ensure that our issues were addressed with our hoa representatives. It's clear that the folks here really enjoy their jobs and care about the communities they work with. Thanks to Marieta and the Maredith Management team!

A world class team! The Maredith Management team are people first and their solutions-based approach to supporting the community is second to none. My last experience with Marieta Medrano was handled thoughtfully and promptly. They even followed up after everything was resolved to check in. This type of professionalism and responsiveness is hard to come by these days, but the folks at Maredith Management have it down to a science!

Maredith Management managed a community I used to live in. As a community member I was very happy with their communication to homeowners and attentiveness to issues and concerns. Emails were always responded to promptly and meeting information was always well communicated. They provided online payment systems which made paying dues/fees easy. I always felt the Maredith team truly cared for our community and always looked out for our best interest.

I've moved to a new community who uses a large, well known management company and I don't feel or see the same care nor attention to detail that Maredtih had. The Maredtih team has community dedication that is unrivaled.

The response time to getting issues addressed at this point is concerning. There is a great deal of trash in my community, that is concerning and never addressed. I have been requesting that trash removal and I am always told about the board reviewing the request. They have vendors who lie about what they are doing and overcharge fir their services. There are no trash receptacles anywhere. I have lived in other communities that are managed by them, these by far has been my worst experience.

I have just moved to this property, no parking passes given or even suggested, my Nursing student daughter's car was told during them striping the parking lot, they put a sign as you enter the housing community, but no other notice, and who knows when it was put up. Long story short my daughter's car was towed within 8-9 days of living here, $280. to retrieve her car, and was told I could submit for a refund.

We were denied.reason being "The Board felt that the previous owners should have told us about the parking" why would they, I've never met them, I worked strictly with my agent. Why wouldn't the HOA provide the rules of their HOA? Moving is already stressful, moving here, they also have me a violation, before I moved in. How can an HOA cite you for having a violation, but can't give you the rules first?

This place is a nightmare. If I could sell my house to get away from the management company I would. I hope the news of them being replaced is accurate, because this is the worst HOA business, I've seen ever!

Terrible job! People should vote to fire them all! They should serve the community instead creating more trouble and hassle! People are moving out from the area because of them! The old establishment had never made crazy rules like them! They need to be more professional. You cannot call on the phone! They are scammers

Our Board of Directors terminated Maredith Management, The original management company of the development, affective in July 2021. As a result of an Meredith Management was in the contract they are attempting to hold a special meeting of residence to vote these board of directors out.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your account, when you call there only listed number, you are greeted by a recording that let's you know that they will get back to you within a day. My concern is that I have paid my assessment on time but somehow or another they have misplaced it. However I have bank statements that show when and how much they were paid. Is it too much to expect to have some live person at least answer the phone and take a message? C'MON MAREDITH MANAGEMENT --- GET WITH IT!

This HOA exists to collect payments for doing nothing. They are non responsive and dishonest. They don't inspect regularly. Seriously, the county does most of the work (snow removal, streets and trash). The homeowner has to beg for them to answer emails and phone calls. If you are unlucky even to live within a "subdivision" within the division, you are twice as screwed because then neither HOA takes responsibility. I'm praying for the day when they get fired (again) and get held accountable for years of existing just to create bogus fees to collect for doing nothing. If this company "manages" a property that you live in or rent, I suggest you consider looking elsewhere.

I have lived in Huntington Circle for three years, and, at first it was fine. Unfortunately, I am sad to say, I have become very disenchanted. The roads and sidewalks are in sad shape, the back trails are overgrown and no longer cared for, and the mosquito situation is horrible. My son has gotten up to 15 mosquito bites within 20 minutes of being outside.

The trash in the park area is horrible (shopping carts and lawn chairs in lake, bottle caps at playground). The playground near the pool has been vandalized for a while now. The pool is nice, but the hours to get a pool pass are difficult. I am strongly concerned about where the HOA fees go.

I submitted my HOA payment plan agreement to break out my payments for 2018. Paid them using money orders since they don't take personal checks or cash as outlined on time and everything was good. Mind you I physically brought the payments to them in Laplata. Months later I get a notice taped to my front door saying we didn't pay them in full and that they got a lawyer and want me to pay an additional $400+ to cover feed owed and the legal fees. Monday morning I'm going to call them to see what is going on. This is REDICULOUS!

I wanted to give a compliment to Shelley B. She was very polite in taking my complaint. I am a Huntington Neighborhood resident and I frequently walk my dog in the neighborhood and around the St. Charles lake. One of the trails that connects Huntington circle to the lake is littered with 5 broken bicycles and a vacuum cleaner. I pay dues and when you see the trails with trash and junk along them it makes you feel as if your dues are not being used properly.

I will reserve a higher star rating until I see how quickly the junk is removed. I wanted to follow up on my recent review from December 20th. My issue with the broken bicycles that were littering the trail in Huntington Circle has been resolved. I want to thank Shelley B. for contacting the landscaping crew and getting the job done!

This company has been a constant headache for me since I moved to my home in 2005. The staff is incompetent, they don't respond to emails, they lose payments, they don't know where payments come from, they report false violations that aren't even written in the bi-laws, etc. Terrible "management"!

We are homeowners in Countryside division in Clinton, MD. Starting from the purchase of the home, Maredith Management was a nightmare to deal with (Cindy Johnson). They sent sent HOA docs with their incorrect address which delayed HOA doc review. They wouldn't take ownership of their error and did nothing to expedite any processing due to their error. They don't respond to emails or calls nor do they follow procedure and bylaws outlined by the association.

I reside in Belmont Crest in Upper Marlboro MD. (on Kaveh Court) a community managed by Maredith management. unfortunately this is my second community managed by Meredith Management where as a single black female i find myself harassed, neighbors and HOA board members who harass, stalk and destroy property (gang bulling). the gang bulling is set up by the HOA and i find that the tactic is the same, it starts with the surrounding neighbors parking their cars/SUV up on your driveway in an attempt to intimidate, when there open space in their drive way. if you are not bothered by that, it escalates to poisoning any and everything in on your property, vandalism etc. in my last community only one person seemed to be hired for this task.

In Belmont Crest, Prince George county, more black. I am a single person among six married couples who participate in the harassing. what brought on the harassing is the initial questioning of Maredith Management concerning HOA fees, upkeep etc. i was harassed to the point that i moved out of my home. only to move into another community managed by Maredith Management with the same bulling tactic. the HOA forms a bullying committees of neighbors that destroy your property, hack into your wireless devices, to include internet, outside surveillance etc. in attempt to reak havoc on your personal finances, files, social media all electronic communication. to include hacking into your bank accounts, stopping payment on bills etc.

I tried filing a police report, but got no assistance. the police system is either not equipped or knowledgeable in the matter (computer hacking), or these individuals with TS clearances and prior military people are protected against prosecution. when calling, or going to the police station (district 5 in clinton Maryland)or filing a complaint at PG court house, I am told by the officer that they did not see the crime take place so there is nothing they can do.?

Even when showing pictures of the neighbors in the act with their devices or poisoning my trees shrubbery, using device on pets, the officer or judge disputes their criminal actions always as if the individuals are a protected source. the more the neighbors get away with, the more their criminal activities escalate. I'm finding that Maryland has its own political format in place that works against homeowners.

For what we pay in HOA fees in Fairway Village(We pay two different HOA's because we live in the townhomes), and with all of the notification we had of this snowstorm, you'd think our community would be cleared out better. We've had a plow come through ONCE.it cleared one lane thru, but the rest is still covered in a foot or more of snow. When you call, you're told that the plow has been through. But i'm telling you that it's still hard to get around in the neighborhood.

I too have tried numerous times to communicate with this company to no avail. Emails and calls always go unanswered. I have made personal trips to discuss their everlasting attempts to ruin my credit with unfounded collections, and in the past "tow at will" practices to find the office closed and no help from this company. I have submitted proof of payment of my HOA fees and still they sent me to collections on an account that's up to date since 2013.

I am not sure where our HOA fees are going to but I would really like to know. Maybe they should concentrate on customer service and instead of running around inspecting curb appeal they should answer their clients calls and minimize the use of natural resources "paper" and time with their "friendly reminder notices". I thought we went green with this company?! I'm so disappointed with their "professional services".

This is a very disorganized and disconnected company. I have tried several times to call, left several messages, and emails and it always takes days for a vague response or none at all. I have been waiting over a month for refund from a community center rental and no one can seem to help resolve the issue of where my refund is! This wouldn't be a big deal but $400 is a large sum of money to not have communication on its whereabouts.
