I sold a house in GA and moved to NC so logistics and timing was one of my top concerns. My buyer's agent, Donna L Smith, had been an agent for a short time, but was many heads over my GA agent who has been in RE for decades. Donna is professional, poised, prepared. She provided me with materials to review the homes we were scheduled to see and kept us on schedule.

She patiently walked through several offerings of a NC Purchase agreement (vastly different from GA!). Since I was out of state she kindly agreed to meet inspectors and appraisers at the house. While her office is in Southport we looked at properties from Calabash to Shallotte and beyond. She knew each area very well. The RE firm has a list of suggested contractors, to which I contacted a few and they did great work for me in meeting the requirements to close this deal.and some still are doing great work for me.
