Alto Realty has called Marina City home since the beginning, helping people rent, buy, sell and manage property in Marina City. Our office is located on the lobby level of the towers, making it easy for residents to pop in if they ever have a question or issue. We're not here by accident - we find it just as unique and alluring as our fellow residents do.
Marina City is the original mixed-use highrise. A designated Chicago landmark building, it was designed by the great Chicago architect Bertrand Goldberg. Marina City fascinated Chicago and the world when it opened in 1962. At that time, it was the tallest residential building in the world and the tallest concrete structure in the world.

Total disregard for people and their schedules. Made an inquiry to view an apartment and confirmed a date and time. This was all done via email. I arrive and I get a confused look from the leasing agent as to why I am in the office. The gist is they rent out apartments and then don't tell people it is no longer available

I viewed and subsequently rented an apartment at Marina City Towers through Alto. I had loads of questions, made multiple visits to multiple units, and was honestly probably one of the most annoying clients they've had. Like I would have been annoyed with me. But they were all incredibly patient and nice. I now have my absolute dream apartment. I see their staff frequently and they are always friendly and quick to help.

The leasing office cares greatly about the residents. Michael was very thorough on our apartment tour and Bryan/Michael both answered all of my questions regarding the lease and unit. They are patient with maintenance requests and the electronic lease was very easy to complete. We are very impressed and excited to lease here! I would recommend Alto Realty to anyone who is looking to lease in the city.
