I rented a property in San Jose managed by Marquise Property Management for a little over a year, and dealt primarily with a man named Harry. I can honestly say that Harry was a pleasure to work with. He was always very responsive to our questions and needs, and worked with the utmost honesty and integrity. I had zero issues working with Harry or Marquise, and would recommend both to anyone looking for a rental property, or management company.

Looking at Ursula's negative reviews on Yelp, I'm not surprised to see that I am not the only one who has had a very negative experience with her and her management company. The house I rented from her in Los Altos was not fit to be rented (she obviously didn't do due diligence on the house before renting it to us for an exorbitant rental amount).
Upon moving in, it was discovered that the house had a vermin infestation (12 dead rats and four months to fix the issue), broken dishwasher, moldy washing machine, roof leaks and a water leak in the garage. The way she dealt with these issues was absolutely shocking. She's extremely unprofessional, unethical, condescending, confrontational and doesn't know how to run a professional rental management company.
