Elfant Pontz was great to do business with. They are very responsive and easy to work with, especially Crystal. I also sent a friend to them and they found her a rental and helped her get approved! I would definitely recommend Elfant Pontz to anyone for any real estate needs.

I rented with Elfant Pontz for 4 years and it was a very positive experience. The common parts of the apartment building (hallways, stairs) were always clean, and the landscaping was nice. Maintenance requests were fulfilled quickly, even for emergencies on weekends such as the heat acting up. Definitely recommend!

The most unprofessional set of people I've ever had to deal with, I worked with Inez Sweeney to get a property and let me tell you that she was VERY unprofessional! She was most helpful when I was having problems paying the application fee after that she didn't care about our application. I didn't even want to apply for the property but she encouraged me to apply saying "oh you guys have all the qualifications the owner will love you" then after I applied every time I spoke with her she wanted something else and didn't have any good news for me and another thing if I didn't text or call her I wouldn't hear anything from her and even when I send her a text she took hours to reply.

I knew they didn't want to give us that property but all they had to do was be honest and tell us. I'm no longer interested in getting that property or working with them, just be careful when you apply to properties that they manage because they are very unprofessional and only care about taking your money.

After a long year with Elfant Pontz, we were beyond ready to leave as fast as possible. This company was extremely reluctant to address urgent maintenance issues, and we had to request to leave the property early. - Based on stories from the neighbors, prior to our lease, the owner of the property neglected multiple animals and forced them to use the basement as their bathroom.

When we moved in, the odor from the basement was so unbearable, we had to keep the heat turned off to prevent the smell from circulating the house. In this instance, it took Elfant Pontz almost a month to agree to clean the basement. - The old washing machine stopped working and the technician advised it was beyond repair, yet Elfant Pontz delayed the situation by trying to repair the machine, instead of replacing.

The company finally replaced the machine after weeks of us using laundromats. - The worst part of this experience related to the outside of the property. Upon moving in, the lawn was devoid of grass and looked very bad. We got permission to replace the patchy lawn with gravel. When we moved out, Elfant Pontz told us that we could leave the gravel, "since it's more aesthetically pleasing" (their words). However, just hours before our lease ended, Crystal reached out and told us we would be penalized for the gravel.

At this point, we had no opportunity to redo the lawn, and Elfant Pontz took money from us instead of standing by their word. Ultimately, I would rather rent property from Ted Bundy than ever have to work with this company again. Things may work out if you're renting a brand new property with no issues, but god forbid you ever have to go through what we went through.

Everyone on the team here has been great to me but Crystal is the true gem here as I feel like I am in constant contact with her for everything. She is so pleasant and reliable. She always responds quickly and resolves any issues as soon as possible and does it all with such a pleasant and understanding manner. I don't know how she juggles it all and does it so well! Thankful for her and always knowing that things will be fixed right away and the right way:

Elfant Pontz are really great. Crystal is excellent and she responds so quick. The maintenance is also great. Any time I have a problem, Crystal fixes it and gets the job done. Very grateful

I have been renting with Elfant Pontz since 2015, since my first studio apartment I rented from them to my now 1 Bedroom, and they have been absolutely outstanding! They are always very helpful with anything and everything no matter what the situation. When issues do arise, although they rarely do and are usually small fixes, they are always on it right away and are there to help. Janet has been extraordinarily helpful throughout my time renting with them and I simply cannot say enough good things about Elfant Pontz!

Special shout out to Crystal, but not at all minimizing the tenant experience Inez and Mike have made for me, for being an incredibly pleasant rental experience. I was in the property they manage in Manayunk for 2 years, and compared to the horror stories some folks tell when it comes to property management companies, the Elfant Pontz Properties will always be highly recommended in my eyes.
