Association document packages for each association may be requested by submitting a demand request either by email or fax. There are no upfront fees for the Association's documents - payment is required at close of escrow. We have 10 business days to respond to any escrow demand, however, most demands are completed within 72 hours.
Ten (10) day Pay or Lien letters are sent as required by the Association's established delinquency collection policy or as directed by the Board. Walks of the Association's common area are conducted as mutually agreed upon. Mauzy representatives will inspect the condition of landscape and common area facilities.

Horrible company. Audrey is a nasty person. Never solves homeowner complaints. Just walks away laughing. Refuses to give information requested by homeowners. Missing money and refuses to let homeowners see the books. Look at reviews, all bad.

Considering Mauzy Management for your HOA? Look elsewhere. Current customer? Check your financials. Mauzy Management embezzled at least $24,000 from our HOA by writing checks to themselves, without board approval, and classifying them as landscaping expenses. They did this at the very end and very beginning of fiscal years which made the transactions difficult to trace.

And their "independent" financial reviewer "missed" several of these checks in their financial review. When we questioned Audry Mauzy about overages in the landscaping budget when the board had not approved any extra landscaping expenses, Mauzy Management quit. She/they stole just enough money to make it too costly to pursue legally. Beware. Feel free to PM me for details; it is all documented.

I have not had hot water all day and It's 628 the person attending the "emergency line " is one of the most unprofessional most ridiculous person I have ever been helped by. She thinks it's funny to sit there and laugh at our situation. She cannot handle a phone conversation and Keeps calling me back and hanging up! As soon as I told her I recorded the conversation she hung up once again and wouldn't give me her information.

Terrible company run by terrible, dishonest people. Looks like I'm not the only one to have this opinion

Great company! We at Adams Landscaping have been providing landscape maintenance for one of their properties (Auberry Place in Temecula) for many years and we love doing business with their friendly staff.

Audrey is the most unprofessional with no class person anyone will have the unfortunate opportunity to deal with. She should never be in the customer service industry. A janitor in a federal prison ward is more fitting to her personality. Good luck with this company if everything is close and you have not other choice.

Going to bump them up to 3 stars because we got a call back regarding the leaf blowing and they are going to put them on a schedule. I will possibly bump up my review to a higher rating if they (leaf blowers) actually stick to a fixed schedule as promised by Mauzy.

I dealt with Tim who is one of the owners of Mauzy Management on a professional level. It was horrifying to say the least! I am helping a buyer to purchase a home within this management company "unfortunately". The office told me the turn times for the document needed and to email it over to Tim and he would have it to me in 1 to 2 days. I emailed it to him, he never responded that he received it.

The buyer came in that morning, paid for the service. I emailed him again the next day, asked him to confirm receipt of our document, he never responded. I called and left him a message, he again didn't respond. So today I call again, voicemail, which I left one first thing in the morning. No response, so I called again in the afternoon, since the 1 to 2 days has now turned into a week and still no response from Mauzy Management.

He had no problem ripping me a new one. He was so rude and unprofessional yet told me I was the rude one for calling and emailing so much, this is called following up on my work, so sorry if doing your job causes you stress and problems. He then said it will NOW be 10 business day before I can get the from completed, punishing our borrower because he didn't want to be inconvenience and now her loan will probably close late because of this control freak!

In business, do what you say your going to do or what is PAID for and be professional and courteous of your peers. This is basic business knowledge and etiquette, you would think a couple of old business owners would already know this. This is NOT a company I would look forward to working with or even worse living in a home that has Mauzy Management as the HOA

I would not recommend Mauzy Management for HOA Management. Mauzy managed Sunrise Point Condominiums for over 5 years. Audrey was most often friendly and agreeable. After a failed presentation and execution of a special assessment "proposal" on behalf of the Board of Directors, Mauzy's management and the HOA Board came into question. The fall out from this proposal fast tracked Mauzy's delivery of "notice of termination of services to the HOA."

The people I've worked with at Mauzy management have been cooperative and responsive. They dealt immediately with a pipe break in the ceiling and repaired it. they responded to my questions and calls. I have had only one request not be addressed --I felt they should ask the Board, but they dismissed my request based on current rules---even that they did professionally and curteously.

As a tenant in one of their buildings for a couple years, it has been one disappointment after another. Although they have been trying to improve conditions, they come up short when it comes to actually making things better. Some of their inconsistencies include: broken elevators, broken washers/dryers (Pride Laundry Systems), brown or no water at times, broken key FOBs, and lack of help when contacting them. I didn't think a management company was that big of deal, but when I move, I will make sure the property is not managed by Mauzy Management.

I agree with all the negative posting above. This management is very incompetent. They refused to help and cooperate with the homeowners. We had leak issues and they refuse to assist the problem but instead put problem back with. They are not qualified to manage! they don't even know their own rules and regulations and refuse to abide by them.

I have lived in my home in San Diego for a few years now and have served on my homeowners association board of directors. I would like to say that it has been a pleasure to work with Mauzy Management. In my time on the board, I have found our management representative to be knowledgeable, competent and very helpful. In my dealings with Mauzy, I have found the staff that I have been in contact with, friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any HOA.

I can only speak for the woman who was managing our HOA, Heather. She held up maintenance requests which wound up costing homeowners dearly when it came to re-financing and passing inspections; she was often rude and would talk down to people. Here are some descriptors: incompetent, inefficient, lacks basic knowledge about laws governing associations, had no idea what type of insurance we needed, supported her attorney who told us we'd have to sue our neighbors if they didn't want to tent for termites (the board decided homeowners should be responsible for tenting but since our units are attached, we kept trying to find out how that would work if someone didn't want to pay for it), and the list goes on and on. If you're looking for a management company, please avoid this one.

Undeniably the worst management company ever. They are dishonest and deceitful. Our representative Heather House talks down to everyone. Her personal skills are extremely poor. This company does not work for the best interest of the Home Owners or our HOA. They are so incompetent they did not know the most critical information from our CCR's, so they either never read them, or did not read all the details in them.

This is unconscionable for a company that is supposed to assist our board in governing our association with these CCR's. If Yelp allowed negative stars I would give them a negative 5!
