I currently work at a salon owned by Younan Properties and they have awful service. We've had to get our AC fixed multiple times and every time they "fixed it" they said it was fixed but besides that we had to pay for everything every time. We've had pipes burst and they put the blame on us saying that we changed the pipe in the past and that's why it broke.
Mind you we never did such a thing because it's not our property to be making any changes of our own. They are very good at turning things away from them and make sound as if it's your fault so you have no choice but to pay for everything everytime. I highly don't recommend for anyone to do any business with them. Super unhappy with them.
