This Horrible place has bedbugs and a mice infestation thats is out of this world. RHA inspectors should let anyone rent hers on section 8 or on DHS because the apartments are substandard. Behind every stove there is a big gaping hole that mice are using to climb up thru the foundation of the building and into your apartments. The mice poop on counter and table tops and the bedbug bite so that you need to wear stockings or thermal underwear to keep them off.
They move new people into this condition and then blame them when they complain the Property manager Beth Gladstone defrauds THE INSURANCE COMPANIES, RHA, Social services, and degrade intimate the elderly and mentally disabled. Soon after this post Landsman will face fraud, multiple felonious violent crime charges, be bankrupted from their personal life and business disruption.

They have no idea what they are doing. You'll never be able to get a hold of them unless they want money. Then they won't leave you alone until they get it. Greedy and uncaring for tenants. Shannon Wood will lie to you and say whatever she can just to get you to rent from them. NEVER rent from them.

Horrible place to live hate it here they only care about money. The apartment has bed bugs, loud neighbors, random ppl knocking on your door in the early morning. People cars are getting broken into too. And the management doesn't care about their residents instead of trying to solve the problem they need your money in order to do it smh DONT RENT From LANDSMAN PROPERTIES
