We had a great experience with them. Their rent is fair considering the quality of the apartments they have. The person doing the repairs for Greenhill Apartments (Mike) was a nice and professional guy and he makes the maintenance the day after we call. During covid, they asked us to take a video of the apartment, so that they don't have to show it to tenants. Overall, I think they respect the tenants privacy.

This company is very accommodating. I moved into my apartment from another management company in August, and this one is ten times better than my previous experience. The staff is nice and when I submit a maintenance request the work gets done the same day. With my other apartment, I would wait weeks. So, I would recommend this company to other renters.

I've been living at Rutledge Hall for the past 4 years and I have had no problems with the management. Whenever I have maintenance issues, they are quickly resolved the next day. It is quick and easy to set up automatic rent payments from your bank and otherwise the general building maintenance is great.

I have had only positive experiences with McQuarters. They are very responsive to phone and email. Maintenance requests, even non-urgent requests, are fulfilled almost immediately. My particular apartment complex has a parking lot, which is a luxury being this close to downtown, and the maintenance team manages snow/ice in the lot and sidewalks. My apartment is also quite spacious, and features a balcony. Laundry facilities are onsite, shared by the building. Would highly recommend McQuarters, and specifically, Greenhill apartments.

I lived here for four years and the location was just amazing. It was right across the street from two grocery stores and I could walk or bus pretty much anywhere in Shadyside and to class at Carnegie Mellon, which was a huge plus. The ladies in the office were fine and I never needed to call maintenance about anything. I referred a couple friends here and everyone has had a positive experience thus far.
