Through their various companies Ken and Linda McGurn have been completing award-winning redevelopment projects since 1978. Many consider them to be the proud parents of Gainesville's downtown renaissance that took off after their successful national award-winning 1986 Southeast Quadrant Redevelopment Project that included the Sun Center, Arlington Square Apartments, the Star Garage Legal Center, the Downtown Parking Garage and 14 blocks of city streetscape.

Most recently they completed the 140,000-square-foot mixed-use Union Street Station in downtown Gainesville that combines retail on the first floor and offices on the second floor with 51 residential condominiums on the upper floors.

Very professional and detail oriented. They are fair and enforce the rules and regulations for the best interests of the community. Any McGurn managed property is going to be well managed, and they are very responsive to emails and phone calls.
