Dealt briefly with two agents in an effort to lease a retail storefront. Neither could be bothered to respond in a respectable amount of time to even the most basic inquiry. Completely unhelpful and unknowledgeable in every regard, and from my perspective, terribly lazy as far as sale people are concerned.

Hillary and Corina from MDL Group helped me lease up our two retail units located in S. Durango Dr. during this pandemic. They found these two good and responsible tenants to join our center very quickly and effectively. Our retail center is fully occupied and energetic now. MDL manages a business park on behalf of a commercial owners association. They do an amazing job! MDL and its staff are always professional, super responsive, pay great attention to detail, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

We rented an office operated by MDL in November of 2020. They took over management at the same time we rented. Frankly, had we talked to other businesses in the building, we would not have gone with this property. In the time since we have occupied our space, it took 2 weeks to fix heat that did not work when we moved in (it's super fun working in an office that is 55 degrees), they only fixed 1 of 3 items that were addressed on our initial walk through, and only then after 4 months.

They never fixed the swamp cooler in our warehouse space, but charged $1100 for a replacement condenser on air conditioning that was not broken. Our lease indicated that we would take the property "as is" but that it would be in acceptable condition. The property was not only not acceptable, it's a disaster that keeps on giving.

I have worked with MDL for over a decade now and am very pleased with the results we have been able to achieve. It all started with a run down mismanaged park in North Las Vegas where they were instrumental in making the park back into the 5 star facility it was meant to be. In addition to day to day operations we have worked on business parks and individual buildings, doing some small and some large remodels with MDL providing the support to make these things happen on time and on budget. We have worked with numerous MDL teams, and I have the utmost confidence in all of their employees' being professional property managers.

Horrible unprofessional and ridiculous property management company. For a Co-Founder and CEO of a company to behave in the manner that Carrol Clien-Ong does is completely unbelievable. She will target any tenets that she dislikes for whatever reason and make all attempts to sabotage their ability to conduct business. She has no problem coming to your leased property on a daily basis and making a complete unprofessional scene in front of your clients if she see's anything she doesn't like.

Avoid MDL Group at all costs they are the worst property management company I have ever had interactions with. How are you supposed to conduct a professional business when you have the CEO and Co-Founder of the property management company for your property screaming, yelling and making threats in front of your clients.

Worst company i have ever dealt with. I dont know how they are still in business. They are cheap and the staff is horrible. Michael is arrogant and just says whatever he can to pacify you. He is dishonest and treats people like crap. Im hoping that all of the customers that use MDL dont have to deal with this man. They work is spotty and poor communication. This is going to be a long haul but hopefully the owners will realize that this company is not worth the money.

Our business was in a pinch, existing landlord told us 2 months prior to lease end, they were raising our rent 25% during the covid pandemic nonetheless, so we had to scramble and find a place quick. Michael Greene of MDL came through and found us a new place that fit our budget and business needs. The CEO greeted us for our walk-through. Professional every step of the way! The building my business has occupied since 2016 recently changed management to MDL. The last two months since the takeover on July 1st. have not been smooth. Robert came through and introduced himself, passed out a declaration flyer, demanding all the small business owners change their insurance certificates to reflect the new regime immediately. Felicia backs up Robert with a full harassment campaign, constantly emailing for updates for items they know you are working on.

If you want your insurance professional antagonized, I suggest giving Robert, and Felicia their number. If the paperwork assault were the only negative component accompanying the takeover I would brush it off. However in two short months we have witnessed drastic changes that affect our businesses and customers. Since Robert left the building after his "compliance mission, " no representative of MDL has returned.

The first thing that greets our customers walking into the building is a gagging stench. I have recently spent $50 on air fresheners trying to keep my small space odor free. Some of my customers have suggested calling the health department. In the past you would notice a homeless person around the complex, some near the dumpsters, but it was occasional.

Fast track 2 short months, we suddenly have panhandlers coming inside, going door to door begging from us and our customers. The homeless are now sleeping in front of our businesses, begging to use our facilities. The homeless may be emboldened by the recent explosion of graffiti adorning the freshly painted surfaces that MDL asserts they manage. The shared restrooms have been depleted of sanitary supply's on a regular basis since the takeover, leaving myself and other tenants no choice but to stock up for what is now a common "emergency." There is no oversight of service providers by MDL, The dead bugs that littered common areas a week after the takeover are still there.

The hallways that were once mopped daily are disgusting, and filthy, Lights that have burned out, go unchanged. All of this going completely unnoticed by the incompetent "management." Though our offices are less than a mile away from MDL's offices.

I wanted to take a moment to give MDL Group some props, but more importantly recognize some the people who make MDL Group great to deal with as property management group. I've been a tenant for nearly 15 years at one of their properties. I'm not going to say everything has been peaches, however throughout all these years, what I can say is MDL has been professional, attentive, reasonable and fair when addressing any past concerns.

This feedback is purely from my own experiences dealing with other property management companies. Trust me, as a landlord myself, and from a perceptive of also being a tenant, MDL Group is superior in my opinion to most PM groups out there. I first took my real estate exam at the age of 16 years old and was the youngest agent to ever join a brokerage when I turned 18 in the early 90's.

I also launched the first mortgage school in Vegas in the early 2000's. With my knowledge and past years of experience in real estate game, I think it's safe to say MDL Group is second to none. If I owed a shopping center today and needed a PM company, they'd be my first call. Like most businesses, it's not the business itself but rather the team behind it which makes it successful.

One of those people I'd like to recognize is Cat A-H. She's tremendously professional, attentive and gets straight to the point, all while still being empathetic when any concerns arises. I hope MDL Group truly understands what an asset she is to their company. In addition, I'd like to thank Felicia T. for dealing with us over all these years. We've had our ups and downs, but nothing that didn't workout for the better. Managing a bunch of tenants is no easy task.

I appreciate her understanding and patiences with us. I am not always the easiest person to deal with and I recognize that. Thanks for not giving up on me Felicia;- Lastly I read the review below from Rachel G. which sounds like an unfortunately situation. What people need to realize is MDL is a property management company, not necessary THE owner or funding source of the shopping or business center.

I suggest leasing from a center in which you know the owner cares about the property like our landlord Danny who also deserves props for his dedication to keeping our property clean, maintained, and more importantly, always looking for a way to improve the centers curb appeal which keeps traffic coming into the center. Our company owns Retail Shopping Centers around the country so partnering with a local management company is priority #1 for us. After partnering with the MDL Group 1 year ago we have been very pleased with every interaction. Every aspect of their company seems to be top notch! (Accounting Reports, Property Management Communication, Renewals, Ability to stay within Budget etc.) MDL Group has made being an out of state owner easy and stress free.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch Commercial Property Management in the Valley. - Also big shout out to Cat for being an amazing Property Manager for us.

We have had the pleasure of working with MDL group for about four years now, when they took over property management services for our building. We have been extremely pleased with their professionalism and their willingness to listen to our needs when work needs to be done. In addition, they constantly look for cost savings, meaning at the end of the year, our CAM reconciliation has consistently come in at or below the estimated for previous years expenses.

As a small business owner, keeping our monthly costs as low as possible is extremely important. We greatly appreciate MDL Group and all they do to keep both the landlord happy and all their tenants. Keep up the good work!

Having worked with MDL over the past several years, I can say it has been an absolute privilege. The professionalism and communication of their staff is exceptional. It is a pleasure to interact with the tenants on their properties, and see that they are well taken care of. MDL is the worst company that I have ever encountered. Unfortunately my vehicle was towed from the Eldorado Plaza on S. Rainbow due to lack of signs posted that vehicles picking up kids from Judith Steele are not authorized to park in the lot. There are no parking signs posted outside the businesses for the spaces facing the businesses. My car was parked away from the buildings where there are NO signs.

I was parked for all of ten minutes. When I called MDL to explain the situation there was no empathy and no one wanted to help me. I have never parked anywhere I should not park and I would not have parked here had I known I couldn't! My daughter and I were stranded 20 miles from home as I watch several parents and children get into their cars parked right in front of these signs!

Thank you MDL for costing me $288 that I did not have! I will be sure to let everyone know that your employees are the worst and your company should do better with posting these signs!
