Lived at a Melco Property for a year. Place was quiet and free of issues, Jay is great and responsive.

I have to admit, the management at MelCo Props exceeded my expectations. They were responsive and professional throughout and provided round the clock care when the occasional issue arose. Loved the building and tenants but alas, my time in Hollywood has come to end. Thank you Mel and the family.

Talked to Jay, dont know what he was doing but just sounded like he just woke up. He was rude and beligerant and could never or would never deal with this man ever.

Wonderful team, we could not have asked for a better experience. Jay is awesome, every step of the way he made things easy for us - from renting the apartment through when we needed to move, completely professional and helpful.

We were VERY impressed with the team at Melco. Jay is a wonderful person and made things so easy for us. Rentals can be complicated and fussy and it was completely the opposite with Jay. He responds quickly to all inquiries and we really felt taken care of. Thanks to the team at Melco for such a positive experience.

I lived in one of their apartments for 2 1/2 years. Never had trouble with them, anytime I had to have something fixed they were kind and quick about it. The guys who do landscaping for them are also very nice and have helped me in the past too. The only reason I moved out was because I moved out of town. I also have a few friends who live in their other buildings, in other parts of Los Angeles, and they have beautiful homes as well.

I've lived in my apartment going on 7 years now with Melco Properties! The team is so great, Jay, Mark and Mel! Very accommodating and personable. So happy to have property managers that actually care : Their properties are beautiful and a great price point for La La Land! Would definitely recommend Melco if you're looking for a great place!

Melco Properties rents to Air bnb even though their apartments are rent controlled and it's an illegal practice. We've had nothing but trouble with partiers. Last night we were woken up by eight drunk girls screaming at the top of their lungs. They woke the whole neighborhood up. Shame on Melco for allowing this illegal practice. You're hurting our whole neighborhood. We have many stories of drug dealing, street racers and partiers disturbing us all but when we contacted Melco they said "too bad, take us to court." Wow :

We lived in a large one bedroom apartment of melco properties in pasadena for 3.5 years. It was very convenient, with a reasonable rent in a great location and lovely neiborhood. The property maneger, louis, was very nice and helpful. We had a great experience there.

Often times when renting it feels like it's tenant vs landlord, not with Melco. Having lived at one of their properties for almost 3 years, they were always on top of any issues I might have had, they were quick to reply, and were super helpful. I never felt like I was a hassle, I always felt like they had my back and that's A LOT from a landlord. I'm happy to recommend them to my friends and they will always be my first call when looking for a place.

Lived in a Melco property for 2 years and it was probably the best experience with a landlord that I've ever had. If we had a plumbing or stove issue, they sent someone out right away and had the problem fixed with no extra cost. I'll definitely be coming back to them in the future.

Had the pleasure of renting an apartment in Hollywood from MELCO properties. The place was very nice and clean. The guys working at Melco properties (Jay, Mel and Mark) are very nice and easy to get in touch with. If your looking to rent a place in Los Angeles look no further.

Called last week and told them specifically that I had a small dog and they told me of a few places to view. Now on Monday when I'm ready to fill out the application it seems they have changed their minds and no do not take small dogs. Also, I found this listing from a year ago of the same place I viewed at $2200. The photos are of the exact same place I viewed(same placement same view).

I used to live in a Melco property in WeHo. The rent was cheap, Jay was always available to help with any maintenance issues & everything ran smoothly with the admin side of things. Happy tenant!

I've been a tenant of Melco Properties for ten years now and they have been great landlords. I have a great vintage apartment that is almost all original and it is kept up very nicely. Everything is kept in good working order and they have always been responsive to my needs. I just love my apartment and will stay here as long as I can. They are dependable and don't raise the rent needlessly on you or evict you for one of their family members as I have heard others do. They respect their long term tenants and want to keep them happy. I fully recommend Melco Properties!

Huge fan of Melco Properties and the whole group over there! Mel, Jay and Mark are all great guys and are always willing to help out in anyway they can. I was in one of their properties for over a year, and it was a great experience. Great view, great atmosphere. Sadly I have moved on to another property, but they will be my first call in the future! Melco Properties has been wonderful to me since I first moved to Los Angeles! They really made finding a place a breeze! Truly they are a one-stop shop! The staff is very helpful and eager to assist in any questions I've had. In fact, I've lived in two of their properties. The really cool thing was that I told Jay what I was looking for and he told me that my desires could be met.

Sure enough, a larger apartment, in a new area came available and I made the change! In fact, Jay even let me pick out the paint colors to make the place more of my own! I couldn't be happier!

I Moved into an apartment in N. Hollywood. It was clean, no cockroaches or sleazy neighbors. Mark was the landlord and when i had a problem with anything in my unit, they would have a technician or plumber come to fix the problem, unlike the apartment that i lived in before where the handyman came and would say that he needs to get a professional to do the work and i would have to wait a couple days. also when we renewed our lease, Mark made the contract to where he didnt increase the rent. That was cool. I am happy with my apartment and the staff is good and ready to help.

Honestly I have dealt with a lot of dead beat property management companies, some that don't even speak English and some that don't even care to return your calls. A few weeks ago I was in West Hollywood and passed a sign for rent. Immediately called these guys and spoke to a guy named J and he sent me to the property and had me do a walk around while the maintenance guys were there. (They were all really friendly and J was on the phone the whole time). Because of the experience I ended up taking this place right away. I would highly recommend these guys to family, friends and even people reading this review!

This company is a complete waste of time, money and effort. After having contacted someone regarding an available apartment that I found on Craigslist and having an initially pleasant conversation, my boyfriend and I were essentially "scammed" and "run around the bush." In order to even be "considered as a potential renter" we had to pay a $40 application fee that included the typical personal information.

We submitted it immediately and then several days later received an email indicating that our fee and application had been received and that we would hear from them soon. NOT EVEN KIND OF! We proceeded to call, email and even physically stopped by the apartment complex, (hoping that we could speak with an on-site manager and view the apartment that we applied for.) No one was available and nobody responded to any of our attempts at communication. NOW, a month later someone from this company called and left me a voicemail asking if we still needed "an apartment" - not even the one we applied for in the first place!

Total BS! Furthermore, upon viewing the apartment complex in person, it was rather unkempt and janky - flattering photos online could not cover the mess that sat in front of us visually! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE or their horrible apartments!
