I had to work with Kyle and his team from Mercantile for assistance with obtaining some documents to meet a deadline and he was very responsive, professional, helpful and extremely fast at getting back to me. He even got me what I needed ahead of time which allowed me to meet my deadline ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this office and appreciate all of his help!

Had I known how unprofessional this company is, we would not have bought property in a community that is managed by Mercantile. Our fees seem to go solely to administration -- I've asked for information about what services they provide but haven't been able to get anything substantive. Their typical response to an issue is to either ignore the homeowner complaint or to shrug.

Your issue may possibly be addressed, but only after you spend considerable time and energy pestering your representative. I recommend that you be very careful about where you purchase. When we purchased our property last year, I asked if our HOA fees included pest control and was told they do not. But when we had an issue recently, I called Mercantile for a recommendation (we're new to the area) and was given the name of a local pest control company.

I kept Mercantile informed every step of the way as we had a carpenter ant problem, but only AFTER the contract was set did Mercantile tell us that pest control IS covered. But we were assured that they would "work it out" with the pest company so that our fee would be adjusted. Unfortunately, I received an email yesterday that there is nothing they can do. Apparently, they can't figure out the cost for covering carpenter ants and mice -- even though they have a contract with the pest company to provide those services to the homeowner.

During a recent real estate transaction I had the pleasure of dealing with Mercantile management, in particular Nikki and Kyle. They were so delightful and responsive to the different issues at hand & in a timely manner, thank you from the bottom of my heart! I would highly recommend if you're looking for a management company. Highly professional!

Completely disgusted with mercantile property. I have called about several emergency maintenance requests, ie broken gutters, water leaking through bricks of apartment building wall. They say they can't hear you on phone and hang up, when you call right back, secretary can hear you perfectly fine and admits she can hear you, then manager answers says "hello I can't hear you" without giving chance for response and hangs up again.

They give horrible service and have not followed through with having a single thing repaired at my building even though it has been several months since maintenance request was entered.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kyle on several issues over the past year. I cannot say enough about how professional, kind and caring he is, not to mention how every issue was rectified immediately. The whole staff at Mercantile has been a delight to work with! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great management group.

We have been very happy with the service from this company. We had some hiccups since we moved in but they have been worked out. Being our first house that is considered a condominium the rules have been overwhelming. We had no idea how much was still our responsibility as owners, maintenance free is not exactly what we would call it. The management company has been very helpful to answer all our questions.

We have yet to meet the group of board people we are still trying to learn who they all are and what exactly they do and why they don't find us another landscaper that will cover more areas of our yard. That is our only complaint for now. We live at Plymouth Landing, the location is better than we could have imagined.

Husband and I have been very happy with our board managers and new property management company. Cindy and the rest of the board made the decision to go with Mercantile Management for their services late last year. The communication and speed that we have seen change in our community since January has been extraordinary. We like the new rules, the landscaping is looking beautiful and it seems we have people that care about us. Thank you management company and thank you Cindy, Joanne and others on the board for the change and the time you all spend volunteering.

I have been very happy with not only our property manager but I love speaking to Carmen each time I call on an issue which is often. I also cannot say enough great things about Kyle from accounting. I call often and each time I call or email him he is very pleasant and quick to respond. I know we are not the only condominium that each of them take care of but they sure make it seem like it is. Thank you Kyle, Carmen and Lidia for being here for us.
