Very simple description.

You WILL get ripped off - Guaranteed.
You WILL pay VERY high maintenance rates.
You will NOT get accurate accounting. Ask 99% of their current investors
And the broker. Trish will gladly do it all with a smile.

I would not recommend this company to manage property for my worst enemy.
