I give 1 star only because the lady that answers the phone is super nice and very sweet. I lived in a unit run by this company for 2 years and at first it wasn't to bad, I would put in a request to have something fixed and they were pretty good. But once big things needed to be done I would put in a request for maintenance and it was very rare for them to come out and fix it.

I had a leak from my shower and the leak went into my pantry and it was causing black mold. I put in this request several times and each time they sent someone out to come look at it, with one person telling me that the door needed to kept shut and not open until the issue was taken care of. it took them almost a year to get someone out to fix and it still isn't fixed.

It still leaks and still causes black mold. The company just told me to not believe the all things said about black mold. This company runs all 4 of the town homes/triplexes on this street and people have holes in their bathrooms caused from people coming out to fix something to never see them again, leaks from the upstairs bathrooms that go through the celling into the living/dining room.

The sewer backs up all the time to the point where some people can't even use their toilets or walk out their doors because it will back up to their door and people have to call the city to get it taken care of. I would definitely think twice about renting ANYTHING from this company.

Definition of scum bag slum lord. This guy is pathetic and must have a big truck. Stay away. His business is struggling and he's doing anything to pay the bills. I'm sure his ex wife agrees.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Good luck getting a call back. I put in a maintenance request 3 almost 4 weeks ago and they still haven't fixed anything, I've called over 7 times and nobody will call me back. HORRIBLE service.

Rented a property through them in 2014. After moving out we had a balance of $98 that was paid. We got a receipt, paid in card, and settled the account. Couple months later we got a bill for the same thing. We go through the process again to prove we paid. Years later I check my credit report and they sent it to collections. I have contacted them and still haven't received anything other than "we will research and get back to you." Since I'm not a current client and they aren't receiving money from me they probably don't care about me. Just a heads up to current/future tenants. Don't trust them.

I agree with the other comments below. He and his "team" are the most incompetent, unprofessional and rude group of "realtors" / property managers I have ever came across. He doesn't seem too knowledgeable about basic housing things you would expect from a property manager. We told him our AC vents had no filters in them and his response was that filters were only on the AC Unit itself and not in the vents that are on the ceilings and walls.

I didn't even have the energy to explain to him how stupid he sounded and how incorrect he was. He doesn't respond to phone calls or emails and he and his staff seem to make up problems to try to charge you for. I'm betting he doesn't have too many lease renewals and is doing his clients a huge disservice by having to find new tenants every single time a lease is up.

But then again, he's charging the homeowners every time a new lease is written so maybe this is his goal? Also, reading the comment down below about lawn care, we just received an email threatening to charge us $150 two days ago about the SAME thing (what lawn care charges $150 to simply mow a residential lot anyway). We mowed our lawn two days before we left for vacation three days ago. I told him he needs to send a picture of what "overgrown grass" he is referring to. We have yet to receive a photo so.to be continued.

This is the worst realtor in Colleyville. My friend had to work with him on a house closing as he was the listing agent. First, he won't give you his cell phone, only the office which is not answered. You have to leave a message therefore causing delays in responding. Repairs that were agreed on in the contract were not fixed in a timely manner nor by the professional that was promised.

It was a constant struggle getting him to respond to anything. Then at closing the buyer had to go to his office to get keys and garage door openers that should have been left at Title Co. LAZY! Finally, his lack of professionalism is something that no realtor would want to deal with. I would never list my house with him nor want to deal with him on the buying side. If there was a "Zero" Star rating that is what he would be getting.

Michael Brady Realty made our time as tenants relatively flawless. They were efficient and professional about handling any situation that arose. The online system is easy to navigate and submit payments or tickets for repairs that may need to happen from time to time.

What impresses me most about Michael Brady Realty is the response time: Any request that I have submitted, has been responded to as soon as possible. The staff is always kind and courteous. I have rented my homes before and I have been a tenant before. This is my best experience as a tenant. I cant think of anything that could have been done better!

I am a very happy tenant! This company is by far the best group of people I have ever had to deal with. Even when I had some health issues Ms. Libby and Blake were really concerned about me. I truly love them.

I rented a property managed Michael Brady Realty, The customer service was not great. I called Michael Brady several times telling them that the roof was leaking and the ceiling in the house was falling off. I never heard back from them at all. After I turned in my notice that I was vacating the premises, they wanted to complete all the repairs.

My only real complaint is with their maintenance. My a/c has gone out no less than 5 times in the 2 years at my residence, and each time it took DAYS to even get a call back. Not acceptable during Texas summers. The tech who came out to fix the a/c was very nice and helpful when he finally did make it out. I have had other service requests. I came home once to find my front door had been left unlocked, all my lights were on and there was urine not only in my daughters toilet but all over her bathroom floor.

I understand using the restroom, fine.but have the manners to flush and clean up after yourself. I came home another time after a different service request and my front door was WIDE OPEN! As a single female with a young daughter I found this not only unprofessional but unsafe as well. As far as the office staff, they are usually nice when the phone is answered.

Overall I am fairly happy with this company, again my main issue is with their maintenance. No note has ever been left to let me know someone had been in my home for a service request.

I must agree with the previous review on Michael Brady Realty. We rented a house that they managed. For the most part, they were ok to work with. I cannot say they were rude until we ran into an issue. The issue came when I disputed a charge over lawn care. Our lawn company missed one week during a holiday week. When I spoke to the office manager, she said we would be charged if the lawn was not taken care of by the following week.

I agreed to those terms. Our lawn company did take care of it by the date agreed. I provided our invoice which clearly showed weekly maintenance for the remaining time. Even though we communicated via email that the lawn was taken care of, they still sent their own lawn company. Their company mowed within the same weeks. We of course were charged, and they refused to remove the charges even though we had dealt with the issue by the time agreed upon.

I generally never leave negative reviews unless a business was dishonest or just plain disregard of customer service. I have to say that they were both dishonest & gave horrible customer service when an issue arose.

Michael Brady and his entire staff(mostly his family) are the rudest people you will have ever met. I would never buy a house or lease a property from these people again. I was renting a house and he was the property manager. I had a possum climb in through our dryer vent and he sent somebody out to take care of the problem. After the guy left he said the possum was gone, but when I went back into the laundry room, the possum was still loose in our house.

I called Michael Brady back and he said he would not send the guy back out and that we could just hit the possum with a baseball bat and kill it ourselves. This is just one example of numerous callous and rude comments Michael and his staff made to us over the one year we leased a house from him. If you have a choice, stay very far away from this terrible man.
