Monarch Property Management

I have applied for a few of their properties but I never get a response from them. I do like that you can tour their properties on your own though.

Me and my wife rented from ERA for a year and they have been the best agency I've rented from. Judy and Lisa are super nice and professional and answered any questions we had. They were super good about getting repairs done when needed and the process was super easy too. Would recommend to anyone in southern Utah. Great company even better agents. Thank you Judy and Lisa!

This has been our first time dealing with Monarch Property Management and Shelley has been amazing to work with! Very professional, always prompt to respond to any questions and since we've moved in, Shelley has been extremely quick to get any repairs we've needed fixed! I can't recommend Monarch Property Managment enough! I have been with Monarch for 5 years in this current rental, and an additional 4 years between two other properties with Monarch. I have been treated fair every time. Shelley has been wonderful to deal with and has always helped me with any issues that have ever come up. I always feel heard and respected. I recently graduated from college and got a job in the St. George area. I knew nobody in the area and literally made cold calls trying to find a place to stay on the fly. I luckily got in contact with Shelley, and she made everything so much easier! I quickly got a place in the time-frame I needed. Shelley has been super responsive and even drove down to my new place to bring spare keys after I locked myself out one morning. I can only hope this kind of service will continue! If you are looking for rentals in St. George I highly recommend trying Monarch first! Always ask for Shelley!

Great property management! Shelley is always on top of everything, I've rented a couple different properties with them an it's been nothing but a good easy going experience! If you communicate with Shelley then she is so understanding an workable, I know I'm ruffling her feathers but hands down Shelley an Monarch are the best I've rented from in the 11 western States!
