My water bill has been high since the first bill! I've NEVER had water bills this high!

This company loves to price gouge people. I received a $1100 water bill two weeks ago. The water meter was read wrong at the house. Fortunately I took a picture of the reading and sent it to the company. I had to call everyday and then I was told they "would review" my last bill and get back to me. I called every day for two weeks and eventually I got my water bill reduced back to my normal rate around $40 a month.

If I could, I would switch water companies. My neighbors have told me the same thing has happened to them and the previous tenant. I will be on the lookout for any other differences on my water bill in the future.

I have filed 4 complaints against this company one each with CFPB, BBB, FTC, and the Attorney General of Iowa because they told me in an email that I have my own meter which measures my usage yet they then inform me that they roll the bills into each other then divide it which makes no sense as they told me I have my own meter. I filed a complaint with the BBB which was pretty much thrown back at me by Keylen Beltran telling me that I was wrong and that the bill was perfectly fine yet if I have my own meter how is it that in February of 2018 they charged me the full amount but I did not move in until the 15th of February, then in December of 2018 I was gone for 3 weeks yet they charged me the full amount again.

This to me is very suspicious that I have my own meter and it measures only my usage so it should have never registered any usage. This company loves to take advantage of their disabled customers like they have with me. They love to lie and scam people out of their money. No wonder they have such a low rating on Google.

This company takes advantage of their residence by charging $20 for a late. $20 is a very steep amount for a late fee. If I could rate them a half star that's what I would have given them.

My water bill is awfully high for a person living alone. I have to pay $62 for not even being here! I went in vacations for 3 weeks so I didn't use water AT ALL and yet I'm being charged $30 in sewer and $25 in water with their fees. what a theft! Awful company! Stay away from them!

Prepare for a high bill! My water usage is about $20 yet the bill is $70 due to their fees. Not to mention their website is horrible and trying to get a hold of someone via phone is an issue. If you can, go elsewhere for services.

Can never get ahold of them and they don't return voicemails, bills arrive almost late each month.
