service with a smile As a disabled person on a fixed income I was horrified when this management company took over the running of our building and promptly started increasing the rent on my unit, so that it was out of my price range. I was forced to move into a smaller unit, which considering I'm confined to a wheel chair, I found the inconvenience nearly impossible to contend with. I had to sell off most of my inventory as a humble craftsman of wooden furniture and custom artist picture frames. I had to give up my customized plumbing and working arrangements that I had adapted to my dwarf like disposition. I also had to preform all the moving by myself.
Then the unit sat dormant for over two years until at long last the management company rented the unit out to a biker gang as use for their clubhouse. (nothing against biker gangs) but is there a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act here somewhere? Well in the face of all these atrocities, I at least hope that the owner has increased their profits at the little guys expense... Would you recommend this business to a friend?
