The APM team is a different and better kind of HOA property management company. APM President Tom Emele enjoys visiting managed communities on a regular basis to assure that the property managers and staff are not just fulfilling their duties but exceeding expectations. Tom is battle tested in Phoenix HOA Management and his company has not just survived bad economic turnout, but has surmounted it.

APM truly believes that a constant line of communications must be open with total transparency to all owners.
Services
Tom has worked in the HOA industry for his 30th year. He started his career in management at Professional Community Management of Arizona (PCM) while attending Arizona State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Sociology and a minor in Business Administration. Shortly after graduation Tom changed employers to JWE Management where he was hired in as the "collections" manager.
Keep in constant touch with the Board of Directors on all matters pertaining to their complex as well as what's happening in the office. Secure as many bids as the Board desires, as well as update bids for existing services, such as lawn service, pool maintenance, painting, or any other services deemed desirable by the Board.
One of the biggest challenges facing HOA's is collecting funds from delinquent homeowners. If you are like most HOA's regardless of your location, owner profile, or age of construction you probably have been affected by the nationwide economic downturn. HOA's unlike some businesses only have one source of income, Homeowner Dues.
In Maricopa County, there are a number of different Arizona HOA Management companies that are available. While each has their own specialties none compare to the services of Associated Property Management. For more than 30 years we have been serving both Phoenix and the surrounding cities with a level of excellence that remains unmatched.

A blood clinic is in 800 Bathurst and is to open at 8. A frustrating place to go: due to open at 8, at 8:30 it was still locked with staff waiting outside. Support during COVID? Significant snowfall ending the previous day no doubt played its part.

Of of the most professional company I have ever dealt with. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will recommend this company to everyone. Just pick up the phone and give them a call for any property management needs. I highly recommend this company.

This "company" is a joke (and its not funny). As a connector, was made to wait for payment over and over. Will try every manipulating move to delay payment. They have their own contractors and when property owners don't use their contractor APM will make everything as difficult as possible and be uncooperative, unprofessional and ignorant. They play games with payment and postpone deadlines. The property owners are so fedup with APM they are switching management companies when contact expires. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

As a disabled person on a fixed income I was horrified when this management company took over the running of our building and promptly started increasing the rent on my unit, so that it was out of my price range. I was forced to move into a smaller unit, which considering I'm confined to a wheel chair, I found the inconvenience nearly impossible to contend with.

I had to sell off most of my inventory as a humble craftsman of wooden furniture and custom artist picture frames. I had to give up my customized plumbing and working arrangements that I had adapted to my dwarf like disposition. I also had to preform all the moving by myself. Then the unit sat dormant for over two years until at long last the management company rented the unit out to a biker gang as use for their clubhouse. (nothing against biker gangs) but is there a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act here somewhere? Well in the face of all these atrocities, I at least hope that the owner has increased their profits at the little guys expense...
