We strongly encourage the submission of complete and thorough applications with accurate information and readily verifiable information, e.g., rental and employment references that return telephone calls promptly, etc. Incomplete applications, or applications which cannot be verified may be delayed.

Northwoods Property Management is the premier property management company in Oregon. Northwoods was originally established in 1997 to meet the demand for reliable and professional property management services in the area. We are the ONLY property management company in the area providing full service for one flat rate.
Northwoods requires all tenants to comply with their rental contract and Oregon Landlord Law regarding timeliness of rent payments. In addition to this Northwoods will pursue collection of rent through legal action such as 72 hour notices and eviction procedures if needed. Northwoods may pursue legal action in order to gain possession of the property if the tenant does not vacate.

We just received notice about an rent increase, of course this is never good news. Honestly, we've had nothing but trouble with NWPM. From promising to fix things, to basically to the cheapest fix possible. I figured I'd do something after receiving todays rent hike notice. like post my honest opinion of the company without receiving backlash. We've paid our rent on time, but nooo in addition to very cheap "repairs", we would have to pay a $45 fee to have someone come out to even "look" at ANYTHING at our request. As you can imagine we don't bother and fix these things ourselves. So yeah, uhm, good luck?

I rented with Northwoods for slightly over a year and overall had a great experience with them. The application and processing for my apartment was great, Angie was very quick to process my app and get me into my rental. Candy was great on responding immediately to maintenance requests letting me know she received it. My only SLIGHTLY negative experience was how long it took maintenance to schedule to come out, but nothing was emergency, so it worked out just fine. Bobby was great every time I called with a question - very kind. warm hearted, and answered all of my questions, even went above and beyond in getting some my questions answered.

If I ever need a rental again I will first check with Northwoods as I really loved working with these ladies mentioned above, and the staff over all. I've even recommended them to homeowners looking for a property management company to work with. Thanks Northwoods! Appreciate your kindness, professionalism, and hard work! :

Charged $350 for housekeeping after 8 years of on time rent payments, doing our own repairs, replacing broken blinds and hiring housekeeping when we moved out. Asked for explanation and received no reply other than a check, with no explanation, for a fraction of the $350 charge. The house interiors were painted by Northwoods after we moved out which requires cleaning but we were still charged $350.

We were VERY low maintenance renters. I'm still being texted over a year later with "your rent is due" reminders. I very much hoped that Northwoods would have texted us to discuss this situation after multiple attempts to contact them through certified mail. I received no acknowledgement or reply despite my attempts. Very disappointed after years of being loyal and responsible renters.

We love them! We actually didn't end up renting from them because we found a house from a local property owner to rent. BUT we did get an approved application with Northwoods and even viewed the unit. The owner of the property originally denied us because we have two dogs. Northwoods management allowed me to send them an email and pictures describing our well behaved dogs.

It ended up changing the owners mind! We got approved. When we went to go view the unit, there was a mix up and they had put the viewing on the wrong day of the calendar. Not a big deal! I've made TONS of mistakes at my own job so I understand. We rescheduled and when we met them the next day they handed us TWO Dutch Bros. gift cards as an apology. WOW!

These guys have GOOD customer service. We are actually bummed we didn't end up renting from them. We decided not to go with the unit after viewing it and when I called to tell them we turned it down I ended up talking to the receptionist for like twenty minutes just about life and being a stay at home mom. The employee said she LOVES her job and has the best bosses.

If the employees are happy you know it's a good company. They even held onto our approved application for 90 days and we could have transferred it to another unit that fit us. Fortunately we found a rental house with someone else, but we LOVED our interaction with Northwoods. SUPERB company. You can tell they care about what they do and their employees. Anyone who rents from them is in good hands.

I've been renting with this company for almost 2 years. I was initially renting a studio in Springfield, OR that was well priced with amazing included amenities. However, there were some trash and plumbing issues that I noticed and became a bit stressful. Once the property management was made aware of my concerns they handled the issues in a propely timed manner and were very nice about everything.

I am now renting another apartment in the Eugene area from Northwoods Property management and have loved how well maintained the apartment complex is. I am very pleased with the services and professionalism I have received from all the staff. If anyone is looking for a property mangement that values their tenants, I would highly recommend Northwoods Property Management.

We have been using Northwoods to look after our rental house for many years and they are wonderful. They are careful to find us great tenants and keep us informed about maintenance on a regular basis. They are super quick to respond to emergencies. Once we had a big tree leaning towards the house during a heavy storm and they let us know and got someone to get it cut down immediately. We recommend them wholeheartedly!

Northwoods Property Management is taking care of my duplex rental, and I'm impressed with their professionalism and care of my property. Starting with the initial meeting with Mike to put the property up for rent, to Kate, Shannon and Candy the office and maintenance team. The communication is clear via phone, text, and email. The maintenance for my rental is efficient and fair through reputable local professionals that I can choose or that Northwoods oversees.

The monthly statements are clear with detail sent via email, and rental payments are setup with auto-pay into my bank account. I've experienced another management company in the past, and Northwoods is by far a first rate rental management company compared to my previous rental management company. They care about the owners and the tenants. A personal note: Mike noticed at our first meeting that the deck needed an addition stringer under the deck and some cedar boards replaced for the safety of the new tenants. I'm happy I found Northwoods and I recommend them!

Northwoods Property Management has been great to work with. We're extremely pleased with the attentive service and communication. Given that most property management companies charge more for their services, we weren't sure at first how the service would compare to a more expensive company. Our concerns were completely unfounded, we are very satisfied and I've already recommended them to friends and other investors. I highly recommend.

Northwoods is the only property management company I continue to recommend to friends who are ready to rent out a property. I've never once heard a complaint from anyone who has worked with them. They have always been quick to find quality renters (even with one of our tough-to-rent properties), they charge a phenomenal flat fee, and they are happy to deal with any tenant issues. We've used them for 6 years now and I can't imagine working with anyone else :)

I heard about Northwoods through a friend and decided to give them a try for a rental property we own in Eugene. I found their price to be very reasonable for our 3 bedroom house so I wondered if we wouldn't get personal attention or service. I couldn't have been more wrong, they have been incredibly professional, attentive, and personal. I have two reps I can call at anytime about any issues or concerns and they are always quick to call/email/text me back. I also love their automated deposit and paperless statements. A great choice.
