They rent to just anyone that destroys an owners property physically or with cigarette smoke. They need to do maintenance on their properties they manage.

Please be careful renting with Nova. We had plumbing issues that were not addressed for months, and once they were addressed the job was not done with any care whatsoever. Here we are, a year later, still addressing the same plumbing issue that has only gotten exponentially worse. As soon as winter hit matters only got worse with our house constantly being an internal temperature of 55 degree fahrenheit but our electric bills still hit 500 dollars a month (half electric, half hot water heating that they couldn't fix that winter). If you need something fixed, email and call CONSTANTLY to make sure it gets fixed.

Nova Property Management is professional, personable and passionate about not only the property management, but most importantly the people. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding a new home in a very timeframe. Evelyn, Brent and the ladies in the front office are amazing!

Moved in with a promise to have bathroom (not a functioning issue) repairs done. Never completed. Furthermore. It was not cleaned well. I.e. The toilet wasn't even flushed! Garbage bins were full. Mold in shower. During tenancy, I called due to flood issues. While they sent someone in right away to stop the source, I had to call right back to request maintenance to fix the actual flooding in the house.

Upon move out. I cleaned the house and shampooed the carpet as required. However. They claimed I didn't provide a receipt / proof (even though it was given to them). And took out more money from deposit without even indicating what it was for. Would never recommend them to anyone I know.

My family and I have been tenants with Nova for 3 years because of many reasons that have put us in an unmovable situation until now. They are unresponsive and have not bothered to fix anything that they marked up and noted in the beginning of tenancy. When we call them, we have to keep asking them to send someone. And then we sometimes we give up asking because they never send someone.

Their property managers are terrible. During the pandemic they posted an eviction notice on our door even though we were caught up with rent at the time. They probably did that as a bullying tactic because other tenants were behind but it was hurtful all the same. And now we are finally able to afford a new place and I can expect a difficult exit from them with a lot of tagged on excuses for keeping the safety deposit for themselves.

And please avoid them at all cost. The other negative reviews were right about this place. And now all these 5 star reviews are now questionable. Further more yes you do get this review if you read any of it then you would know it had nothing to do with rental assistance. And theirs a reason why we stop calling to ask so many times. You guys are never prompt unless you get a bad review. Update.we cleaned and shampoo the floor and these people charged us around 500 for it. Shady people. I spent 3 hours cleaning the oven alone. They are a complete sham

I have been a renter at the same Nova property for 10+ years and they have been exemplary in every way a renter could ask. The rarity there has been an issue with my unit or the condominium as a whole, Nova has resolved any issue in a very timely manner and more often much faster than if I were an owner here. I would (and have) recommend Nova to anyone seeking a new or different rental property to lay their and/or their family's head to feel safe, secure and overall cared for to call their home. Great job, Nova!

Called the office about my garbage disposal not working. They sent somone out the next day, (I belive his name was Wes) and he was able to figure it out as an electrical issue and fixed it. Thanks Nova I really appreciate the qick response and the quick fix!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Nova is the worst property management company I've ever had to deal with. Hopefully you don't have any maintenance issues, because they will never be fixed. Our realtor and the front desk staff are rude every single visit, and I'm regretting renting my house from them at all now.

We have been with this place for 3 years. The last two years we been here, we had no problem calling for maintenance. Now we can't even get anyone to fix anything. Had to call 3 or 4 times for someone to come and check the garage door, and no one ever bothered. Almost had our car towed few months ago because apparently we needed a damn sticker that we never even knew about. I know we all go through things in life but how about not be rude when we call?!

Really enjoyed working with them, the tall basic white guy, I wanna say his name was something basic like Ryan? He was very friendly and professional. He helped me and my sister find her a new place and within 3days she was signing a lease! Definitely recommend

I rented from Nova Properties for over 2 years and I had exemplary service from the office staff, especially Ely, always service with a smile! The maintenance staff were also great at taking care of the property. I was fortunate for service above and beyond by Anna who was one of the most hard working, diligent maintenance staff I have worked with. Very thankful for her commitment to Nova Property Management and her service that allows them to shine above the rest!
