Office Evolution

I've been renting with Office Evolution since May of 2021 and I love it here! It's great for those who just want a single place when starting a business and with reasonable prices. They are flexible with leasing and are quick to resolve any issues you may have. My clients love coming to the building and have no trouble finding the place. I recommend Office Evolution to anyone looking for shared spaces or just an office for yourself!

We rented a conference for the better part of the day. Room was neat and clean. Juan was very helpful. We absolutely appreciate this place and, if needed, will certainly return.

This is our go-to location for all of our corporate/business meetings. The facilities and supporting technologies are beautiful and have everything needed from team brainstorming, large group training, remote collaboration and any other foreseeable scenario. I cannot say enough about Callie and the incredible personalized support she provides when it comes to every aspect of the experience. We also use their virtual office services and could not be happier.

5 star service all the way! They were very flexible and worked with my schedule and my budget. The sign up process was a breeze. The offices are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The receptionist is really friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend them.

I rented a day office here and it was a great experience. Very nice office space, very clean and has everything you need. Easy to book with quick response times and easy to arrange a tour. I would definitely use them again.

I was very well taken care of by Juan. I needed to use the space for an important interview. He made it very smooth and inexpensive. The best part is I got the job!

Juan is extremely professional and responsive, and is always so helpful and willing to assist with anything. The office lunch area is always well cleaned, everything is accessible, coffee, water, huge fridge!, and huge table to have lunch on. Overall, my experience has been magnificent office space is awesome and soon as you walk in it just looks and feels clean.

Office Evolution is an amazing service company on our suite floor. The business Center Manager Juan is very welcoming and conducts himself in such a professional manner when screening our walk in personnel. This is a beautiful and updated building with great management that I highly recommend to any businesses looking for a corporate home base.

My husband just joined as a member now that his job is indefinitely remote, and he likes working here so much that I came myself one day when there was some work going on at our house and I needed a quiet space to get through some email. The staff here is so friendly and even the common space is quiet, cool, and well-lit. I'll definitely be back!

Love this office, great location and easy access to freeway. Used it on a Saturday to meet with my clients. They are super friendly and professional, their pricing is also reasonable. I plan to use them more for client meetings and events.

Office Evolution Walnut Creek makes it easy for me to have a satellite office for my law practice in the East Bay. I have been there for a couple years and could not be happier. Ditto the other many positive comments about the team and the customer service for both me and my clients. Most compelling for me are also the professional atmosphere and gorgeous modern offices, conference rooms and equipment. This executive suite is truly a cut above and therefore perfect for my professional practice.

Extremely satisfied by level of service provided to us. I got a virtual office initially but only after a month, I decided to get an actual office. Juan is extremely professional and responsive. I know if I send an email or make a phone call, I will receive a response in a prompt manner. Building is clean and beautiful. Offices are reasonably priced and I love everything about my new office. Thank you for such superior service.

I toured and visited a couple co-working/ office spaces in the area before choosing OE and I'm so glad I did! From my first interaction, everything was smooth, flexible, and accommodating. Callie was able to work with me to find the perfect space at an affordable rate. The process to get signed up was very straightforward and quick. As a nice bonus, they were doing one week free trial!

I did not need the whole week to figure out I loved the space. The offices are well equipped, the kitchen always clean and stocked. I like that it's not too overly big and super quiet. One thing I love, where I felt safe going in everyday during the pandemic, is how often Callie disinfects and cleans common areas! With Earth-friendly, clean products too.

The owners Rhett and Dawn are there occasionally and they take the time to get to know you on a personal level. They really make you feel at home. Goes without mentioning, the office is in a very convient location, close to Bart and downtown Walnut Creek. Parking garage available (additional fee, but they do not control that). The only downside is the Target across the street. so much discipline to avoid walking over multiple times a week! Overall great place and am so glad I was able to find this hidden gem during work-from-home to ease the transition.

Office Evolution is a great place to work, and get out of the house! The welcome/kitchen area is very inviting and makes your feel right at home. The area is light, airy, clean and spacious. The offices are really bright and clean, with plenty of space. There are a few different size offices to select, as well as a few conference rooms depending on the need! All in all, Office Evolution is a fantastic place to get some work done or meet with a client, or host a lunch in learn! Highly Recommend checking them out!

I absolutely love this place. I joined Summer / Fall 2019, and the team of Callie, Dawn and Rhett have been so nice, welcoming, accommodating and professional in every way. I love coming into this office because it is quiet and clean, with great amenities and very convenient location. I'm also impressed with the fact that any questions or issues are handled with impressive urgency.

Of course sometimes i feel guilty for asking, but this team just loves what they do and the people they work with. I consider it my "home office" because of the work family culture the patrons give it. You'd have to be here to understand. Callie, Rhett and Dawn, THANK YOU! I cannot leave without adding how they handled the impact of Covid-19.

I wouldn't say she is a germophobe, but Callie has a keen eye for cleanliness (and recycling) which was no surprise that when the pandemic hit, this place was READY, in a sense. All she needed was extra hand sanitizers, more signs posted and more communication to the OE community. Kudos Callie! Even during this time, , I still come in for a few hours everyday, and I feel safe.

We have been at Office Evolution since July of this year. I can definitely say that coming here was the best decision we could have made when looking for temporary office space. Great location, clean, communal kitchen is great(complimentary coffee, water and tea). Service is second to none. Juan, the Office Manager goes above and beyond to make us all feel at home. Our project is coming to an end soon and will have to leave this office. We will miss Juan and our Office Evolution Ontario!

Our law firm has been in Office Evolution for about 2 years, I've been here 1 year. From the moment I came in for my interview with my law firm, the office manager was awesome and welcoming. Juan is very helpful, kind, and will go above and beyond to get any issues or needs resolved. He is truly an amazing office manager and office evolution has beautiful offices. I highly recommend office evolution if you're looking for an office.

I have spent several days at Office Evolution because it is so inviting. The space is conveniently located directly across from the Walnut Creek Bart Station and it is walking distance to Downtown Walnut Creek. It is clean, simple and organized. I have also conducted a Lunch and Learn in the conference room and it was a great experience. The presentation went off without a hitch because everything was preset and ready to go. However, these are not the reasons that I utilize Office Evolution (as wonderful as these attributes are).

I use OE because of their fabulous team: Callie, Dawn and Rhett are attentive, caring and welcoming. They make me feel as if I am their only customer and they ensure that my every need is met. I am so appreciative of their customer service and I will gladly refer my colleagues, friends and family to Office Evolution because I know that they will receive the same treatment that I am given.

I have been visiting this business for the last three months to meet with a social media tracker. The people that run this business are the nicest ever. Callie in the front office is very welcoming and very friendly. Every time I was there, I was offered something to drink and treated very professionally. The offices are a perfect size, the art on the wall is magnificent and two conference rooms. I highly recommend this business.

I love this place! Clean, professional and excellent customer service! I had a meeting with a new client here and couldn't be happier about the experience. Occasionally I will meet clients/prospects at a coffee shop, but after utilizing office evolution for the first time last week I will be coming back. I was set up in a day office and had the privacy and cleanliness that you don't get at a coffee house.

And they provide excellent coffee, tea and other beverages. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a new, clean, private and professional office to meet with clients/prospects to check them out!
