I've had the pleasure of knowing Simon Asef for 20+ years. Simon is extremely knowledgeable about real estate. He consulted on many critical issues and was always responsive and professional with respect to all of our questions. This firm in Sherman Oaks has been my family's go to consultants for the past three years. It's always a pleasure to work with Maria, Simon and Mike. I really believe you can't just "google" your real estate questions anymore. There's too much false information out there or the information may not pertain to the local City of LosAngeles ordinances.

City of LA has been difficult to do business for Mom & Pop investors. We are passively looking for investment opportunities, but as soon as we find a opportunity worth pulling the trigger we will be moving forward with Simon and his team.
