For more than four decades, Paradise Properties, Inc. has maintained its offices in the City of Sausalito, with Mr. Najafi continuing to serve as its President and Chief Executive Officer.

Paradise Properties staff are highly conscientious in managing the rental of my home for the last 5 years. They handle everything from listing, finances, repairs, emergencies, and turnover with grace and skill. They are respectful of both tenants and owner. They are quickly responsive to any concerns on the property and have a range of professionals available to remedy those, easing tenants' stays and saving me potentially more expensive repairs.
When a tenant raised the possibility of a legal claim, Paradise made their legal counsel available and we collaborated on a solution. I have always appreciated their advice that maximizes the marketability of my home. I care deeply since they are managing my personal home, to which I will return, and I appreciate be able to trust them to take excellent care of it.

I hired this company to manage my house in Marin while my family and I relocated after a tragedy. After only a year with extremely difficult tenants that they vetted, I returned to the vacated house that I had put so much love, blood, sweat and tears into making beautiful, to see it dilapidated, unkempt and extremely filthy.ruined! Paradise properties allowed the tenants to vacate without doing a walk-through.
The tenants had also stolen a brand new washer I purchased for the house at their request (one of many requests I granted to them during their short time there), along with other items including a bed. Paradise did everything they could to pacify the tenants at MY very costly expense, NEVER taking any kind of financial responsibility for their lack of looking after the property and doing everything to push court proceedings away.
What did I pay them 10% of the rent monthly for? CLEARLY the owner IS NOT the client Paradise is interested in helping. They will take your money though, no problem. This has been a HORRIBLE experience and seems to have no end as they now have taken thousands of dollars from myself, the new tenants without doing anything they promised. I'm sickened by the entire experience and am reviewing this company in hopes that people in my situation do not get taken advantage of like I have.
This was the LAST thing my family needed in our efforts to start over. And lastly, I'll share what was written to me during the process of trying to straighten things out after the theft of the first tenants by of the owner of Paradise Prop., Reza Najafi, "it's time to move on and put this behind you." How dare this person suggest to me to move on. Be warned, this company is known in Marin as "SLUMLORDS." I found that out a bit too late.

The Najafi family has not only helped us purchase investment properties but they are our go to on the best way to handle the many different situations that come up as landlords and property managers. They are very knowledgable of the market, landlord rights, tenant rights and are very fair and honest. They also have many long lasting, loyal relationships in Marin County and know how to get things done, which is very important as a property manager/landlord. We wouldn't use anyone else.

I wish I could give Paradise Properties 10 stars! I interviewed 6 property managers to rent my home and no one came close to Natasha's skill set, thoroughness and creative options. She is a true and knowledgable professional and a personal delight to work with. She has a comprehensive understanding of both the real estate market and what tenants are looking for.
She accentuates a home's unique qualities and markets it for the best suited tenant. From start to finish, she manages all details and eliminates the stress of preparing a property for rental. You could not be in better or more capable hands. She is an angel!

Dennis Morrow, Natasha Najafi and Reza Najafi assisted my husband and I in selling my husbands family home in 2007 in Mill Valley. They all made sure we obtained the best price during a difficult selling market. Since then they have helped us purchase a property in San Anselmo and Santa Rosa! Purchased property through them. We found the place. They didn't. Felt we had to use some Realtor at the time and later learned from the terrible experience - strongly dislike these people. Later. Lease property from them. Complained about them renting business property to a company which eventually shut down due to arrests due to illegal sex related crimes.
They let the business continue, and it took our involvement to get the police to shut it down. We eventually shut our business down and ended up paying a significant amount back to them from our initial deposit. Honestly will never suggest anyone use their services. We make huge mistakes by ever doing business with them

I have worked with the Reza, Natasha & Dennis at Paradise Properties for about 3 years now after knowing them about ten. They are amazing! They have helped me find properties and tenants in my rental properties. To say they go above & beyond is an understatement. Any time something goes wrong with one of my rentals they are always there to help me.
I have learned alot from them & they are VERY patient. They are very knowledgeable about marin county real estate markets & have found me some great deals. They have become great friends as well as very good business partners. I would not dream of doing a transaction without them.

I have worked with Paradise as a member of the board of directors for a condo project that they manage, and they have represented my wife and I as buyers of a residential property in Marin. In both capacities I have been impressed with their service attitude and ability to get things done. I would highly recommend them as property managers and also as real estate representation to buy or sell a home.
