Their rent is the cheapest in the area and I wanted to save money for other financial goals. The staff is okay. They are not too bad. However, when you maintain professionalism they will match your professionalism. I was told that the owner is nice but, he needs to update his system and offer online payments. They only accept money order and I think cash but it's inconvenient.

This establishment is terrible and greedy if you ask me I wouldn't recommend anyone to move into their rental properties

Just called to inquire about available rental properties and the person who answered the phone was so unprofessional and rude. She sounded annoyed that she had to answer the phone before I even got a chance to say hello. Then proceeded to cut me off every time I tried to ask a question. I get people have bad days but maybe leave your issues at the door when you get to work because no one's going to want to rent properties from someone who treats them like a burden for simply calling to ask if there are any properties available to rent.

Parigi sold my apartment complex WITHOUT notifying the tenants until after the new property management sent a notification informing us that they will be taking over. Highly disappointed. Now I have to relocate last minute, which is very inconvenient due to the pandemic and rental properties going up on rent as well. Parigi didn't even give us the option to even relocate to another one of their properties! SMH!

Indian students beware, the leasing office speaks very rudely. I inquired just to see if they have availability, the lady in the front says no with a incredibly bad attitude. I've worked in hospitality for many years and never treated a customer like this. Learn some customer service, and how to say you have no availability, in a polite manner. Punks.

I moved here after the hurricane. Everything went fine with applying for the apartment the workers in the office seemed nice and professional. Disappointingly after staying here for a while you start to realize how rude the workers in the office are all the way up to mr.parigi the owner. The apartments are infested with gnats there have been times when I have seen roaches.

Even after spraying for bugs myself. Usually bill clark would come and spray every so often but they stopped coming after a while. Even the people that changed the Ac filters stopped coming. There was also mold on some of the vents in the kitchen. You can tell that there was a little water damage as well in certain areas of the kitchen. The railing on my patio is very loose.

And if that's not enough my door needed to be replaced but they never got to it. All in all it was a horrible experience. From the customer service to the maintenance up keep. Do not recommend at all. I really wouldn't even rate them a whole star they don't deserve it at all.

I rented a home on Folsom drive and that I was getting charged way to much due to the living conditions. it seemed worth it at first till I moved In. They expected me to mow the grass and it wasn't mowed when I moved in so they sent someone out to mow and the only mower half the yard and left me to finish the rest. First month I had a pest in the attic I had to call pest control for and it came out of my pocket.

Put in maintenance slips for a broke sink and drain hole for washer to drain the water out when washing clothes they temporarily fixed them and they broke again in a week or two. well the drain hole never got fix had to spend money to go somewhere else and wash cause I would've flooded the floor in wash room. And I had to buy a bottle of drano every month due to the tubs draining slow. also a month before i was to move out someone came in unannounced while we where sleep taking pictures around in the house when me and others in the barley had clothes on. didn't even call and let us know but there staff is very rude and some scam artist definitely.

I recently visited a relative for a few days at parkdale place, It is extremely dirty here, they barely keep up with the property. I saw egg shells as I walked along the sidewalk trash was strewn everywhere as you head towards the stairs, there was grass barely cut. It just looks very dirty. Gross place to live, what makes it worst is that the apts has a roach infestation problem. Very nasty. I think they are overpriced to say how old and worn down the complex is.

If I could give no stars I would! Stayed at parkdale place for 2 years. The first year was pleasant. The area was quiet and everything was clean. Grounds were well kept. Staff were friendly and nice. Suddenly after that first year, everything did a complete 360. About 4 months after I renewed my lease, the back window in my apartment was broken into.

The grounds outside the apartment were trashy and dirty. Cars were being vandalized and broken into. The office doesn't give you a 24 hour notice before routine maintenance inspections, so maintenance has a key and are able to access your apt. at anytime. If they can not access the apt. They will charge you $50. From my understanding I have the option to be present at the time of the move out inspection, when I returned the keys I asked Stephanie at the front desk when will the inspection take place.

The answer I got was, " I'm not sure but sometime next week." I called them the following week on a Tuesday and was told that it probably had already been done. So I asked why wasn't I contacted so that I could be present and they said they were not aware. I highly Do not recommend Parigi to anyone. The security of the apartments are also little to none.

It's great but I agree that they need to create a better payment system. I have been close to eviction because I am busy and don't always have time to go there to make a payment. They also expect me to drop a money order in a box after 5pm with no receipt recieved. That is crazy. No reason that a business this large cannot have an online payment system for people who actually work between 8 and 5 pm.
