Im not a tenant of one of the units but have inquired bout some places and the employees who work there seem to be very helpful and nice.

Walked in, and was greeted very cheerfully and warmly. When explaining our upcoming move from Colorado, they listened to our needs, budget, and time frame and found a very good looking property we were immediately interested in. While we haven't yet entered an agreement with this management company, the friendly service we received in a quick drop by impressed me a great deal. Looking forward to proceeding with this company in our move to Lubbock.

Friendly, Helpful, Organized. Definitely recommend their services!

They are the best I have been working with Karleen for years.

The first time I came with my friend they were nice and just a tad snotty but tolerable. Mind you I was dressed regular. This time me and my mom came in (dressed in packing clothes) and they were so snotty and rude! Made us wait forever while looking us up and down and walking right past us. Talked to us like we were common trash once they found out where we were moving from.

That's the point of moving is to get out from where you are for one reason or another. We wound up just walking out. Pay Garret realtors your loss is someone else's gain. Would only recommend to snotty and judgemental people. You'll fit right in.

Best staff hands down. Excellent on getting things fixed if you need it, all the office staff is incredible.so friendly and helpful.

The worst realtors I've ever dealt with. They do not fix problems with your home, even after sending professionals out to assess the issue. As with all landlords, all they care about is money. Edit: they are now requesting I take down this review before they will work with us. Do not rent with this company.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! After a month and a half of calling for my deposit of $1,000 we only received $175 back! We were charged $225 for "carpet cleaning" and $600! For "nail holes and TOUCH UP paint" I knew they would keep some and come up with some unethical reason but not $800! We left the place SPOTLESS there were no huge holes in the walls just a few from decorations hanging!

There we no receipts given or an explanation! KEEP YOUR MONEY and try your hardest to rent somewhere else! I've read over a few of the reviews already posted and from what I can see the 5 stars are from the people that pay them to manage their properties! If I would have known they were going to charge such a ridiculous amount for a few nail holes and some touch up paint we would have done it ourselves for way less! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Stay. Away. From here. It's a whole mess. Surprise fees. Guestimated rent and they can never actually give you a direct answer. Front desk lady, Amber is adorable and so sweet but will always have limited information. Amy is absolutely deplorable and shouldn't work anywhere she has access to customers at all. She has no patience and WILL twist your words around.

They have no card reader. So you will have to pay in money order, check or online (that has ridiculous processing fees in this day and age). Maintenance NEVER comes out to fix your issues. Say goodbye. To your deposit. Right now. You're never seeing it again.

Run by a "man" with a napoleonic complex. Short man syndrome? If you want to live in slum like conditions; this is the property manager for you. Run, don't walk.

This is by far the worst rental company I've ever dealt with. For 2 years we stayed in one of their rental properties. We reported several things inside the house that needed fixing, but they never bothered to send anybody out to fix. Carpet was worn away prior to us moving in, and there were sharp metal pieces sticking up out of the floor. I cannot tell you how many times I or a family member stepped on them!

After my husband tried fixing the kitchen sink he discovered the whole thing needed to be replaced. Never happened. The roof was missing many shingles which he also reported, finally after 9 months somebody was sent out to fix it. That was the month we put in our 30 day notice. I spent an entire week scrubbing, vacuuming, and sweeping the house so it was ready for inspection, and the next family, but we never got our deposit back.

Nobody returned our phone calls, and we were blown off when we actually got a person on the phone. Pat Garrett owes us $900 of which we haven't received one red cent! DO NOT RENT from this company, I guarantee you will regret it!

This is my first ever help review and because this place sucks so badly, I had to warn people. This place is ARCHAIC in their system. They will pass you off to the next person because they don't feel like dealing with you. We had to pay our entire deposit IN CASH, they don't accept cards. it has been ONE MONTH since we were promised our deposits back, and they have been running my two roommates and I in complete circles trying to get a simple check through the mail.

These people have no idea what they're doing and if you want someone who is in the 21st century, do not come to these people. They are stuck in the 1900's. I have never been so frustrated.

There is so much to appreciate when it comes to working with Pat Garrett, Realtors. I really appreciate the honest genuine staff that you know you can rely on. They are a great team to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Pat Garrett, Realtors is professionalism at its highest level, they treat you as a person and really make sure you both are on the same page by working one on one with each other.
