They are a horrible management company honestly. Tried to get a parking permit from them after losing the one I had, and even with all the documentation- lease, ID, they will not provide a parking permit. It's like squeezing water out of a rock.

I am a new owner of a property that this company oversees as the HOA. I have called multiple times over the last two weeks to let them know that I had yet to receive my official welcome packet that would include a coupon book, and today as I found out, a parking pass to park on the street. I was told on 8/26 that it would be coming soon. I called again this week to inquire again. Today, I had contractors parked in my driveway, and I parked on the street.

There are absolutely no signs that state that a parking pass was needed to park there, and I most certainly didn't think that I would need a pass to park on the street of a gated neighborhood. My vehicle was towed, and after I was able to get someone to help me get the number to the tow company, I called Paul Associates, Inc. to let them know what happened, to inquire as to why this policy hadn't been communicated and for reimbursement, especially when I'd called as recent as this week to ask again about getting everything that I would need as a new resident.

The email exchange wasn't helpful, and was pretty much a shoulder-shrug, as the information about parking and such was sent *after* I was towed today, and called/emailed them today about said tow. I again explained that I hadn't received anything, and that the only letter that i'd gotten was an initial one that simply said that I would be receiving a welcome packet that would have items that I would need (which as I explained further up was my reasoning for being proactive and calling over the last few weeks because I never got anything).

I'd also told the manager that I spoke with during our call this week that that was all that I'd received, and during our email exchange today, she attempted to use my receipt of that initial letter as a rebuttal to me stating that I hadn't received a parking pass or a welcome packet that would have these things. I haven't even moved in or paid my first HOA dues and already, I'm completely disheartened and unjustly out of almost $200 when I've been being proactive with them about getting everything that I need, and I want to be reimbursed.

Edit: Paul Associates, Inc. is now threatening me with a Cease and Desist for leaving a completely honest review. I've attached a copy of the letter to this review. Failed to resolve a noise issue several months after the initial complaint was made. Poor service and poor communication. Please see screenshot of my exchange with a representative who is now claiming that the issue is HVAC related after already being told that this is unlikely the cause.

AVOID dealing with this company. These guys are the worse people to deal with. Poor house keeping. They never receive our payments even though we send in our payments via automatic deposit through the bank monthly. To make it easier we started submitting checks bi-annually and they still loose our payments. On top of that they assess late payments for which they do not notify us about until 1 year later.

This is nuts. Looking from the reviews, they leave generic replies that the reviewers are not their tenant (even for people who have miraculously left good reviews). My parent have a property managed by them and they are completely incompetent.

Worst property management company ever. Completely incompetent. We have been through over 8 "managers" in as many years. Cannot handle the most basic of management responsibilities. Rude, incompetent customer service. Many mistakes with budget and condo fees. Took us for a bundle handling an insurance claim for a fire. They use very expensive vendors and sign irresponsible contracts.

I believe they are receiving kickbacks. One of our snow removal contracts cost us over $15K for one storm. Run. Away. Quickly. And do look over your shoulder, because Paul Associates will be chasing you with an outrageous bill in their hands. Oh, and read their Yelp reviews. Read the ones that are "not recommended." It looks like they tried to boost their own ratings by posting a bunch of fake reviews, when the real reviews are so much worse. Seriously, do NOT hire these people!

So far, I receive good vibes from them and great customer service. Wish they more eyes on the ground, but I guess we are the eyes.

Condos and Townhomes run. Paul Associates is the most unprofessional and crass company you could have for your community. They are unorganized from the bottom to the top as per my experience with a "customer service manager" Susan G. Communities deserve better, and their existence is an indulgence to the fact that planned communities have to settle. A word to the wise is sufficient.

Paul Associates has been our (Windward Harbour at Solomons) Management Company since January 2019. Since then they have assisted our community in streamlining projects, automating violations, and educating the Board members on appropriate procedures. Recently, Paul Associates has gone above and beyond with assisting the community with several insurance claims, pushing for the most appropriate outcome for our community. Paul Associates is responsive and professional.
