Penco Management PENCO has managed the Willowdale Crossing Community for a number of years. Our Property Managers, first Julia and now Krista, have been very knowledgeable and personable, and have consistently. I have served on the Board of Directors of our Homeowners Association for the past 18 years, maintaining the position of Treasurer for the past 17 years. We have had three property. Our Board made the decision to switch to PENCO a little over a year ago. We cannot even begin to tell you how please we are with the service we have received from PENCO.

Debbie Marchiano is the Property Manager for my community. I have interacted with Debbie for over 2 years in various capacities based on the volunteer roles I hold in the community. I have always found Debbie to be knowledgeable, professional, diplomatic and extremely helpful. I personally feel we are lucky she was assigned by PENCO to be our property manager and I am sure others in the community would agree.

The water at Cider Knoll in west chester has been off for TWO days now. UNBELIEVABLE! No one had any notice, nothing in writing, this can NOT be legal. I called them each day, and each day they have lied to me and said the water will be restored that day. I am appalled at the situation! This is also not the first time it has happened. If the water is not restored by today, I will be taking legal action.

Penco Management Company serves Ashton village in Hershey's Mill. Debbie Marchiano has been most helpful and prompt in taking care of issues and providing a solution. I have had to reach out to her to address missing roof shingles, chimney cap, power washing, etc., all of which were quickly remedied. Our residents have been updated and warned about unusual and/or extreme weather conditions and how to be prepared.

We have received timely communications in regard to village meetings, elections, and social events. It is important for our residents to be knowledgeable about all issues pertaining to our homes and the community we live in. Debbie has kindly and pleasantly made sure this happens. Thank you for quality service!

I have worked with Debbie Marchiano and PENCO in my previous Association of mid-rise condos. I had received exceptional service in a challenging condo with a challenging Board. I now work with her as a volunteer (where I live) as a Board member. The guidance, efficiency and work ethic that Debbie provides is an absolute godsend. Her knowledge and commitment is to be commended.as this is a priceless commodity!

Was on the phone with an associate Jackie Mitchell and was taken away by how helpful she was on the phone with me! Made my experience 100% better and helped me set up my parents account with absolute ease. We need more people like Jackie in this world. So great to have had such a pleasant experience here. If you ever need help setting up an account make sure to ask for Jackie she is the absolute best!

Special thanks to our condo Manager Debbie Marchiano for her outstanding customer service while we lived in our Association. Her knowledge and patience was exceptional. She and Penco Management provided excellent customer service 7 days a week. We are now living in a single family home and recognize more than ever all that goes into running an Association. It's a lot!

Penco is a great small company that still appreciates their business. I have lived in our Association for many years and moved to a single family home in Edgmont actually next to a community they manage. Our Manager Debbie M was very devoted to the owners and responsive all the time. She cared about the community and residents and it showed.

Negative 5 stars. I sent a payment to a tenant at one of their properties. Penco took that payment and processed it as their own through their lockbox, fraudulently. Now they are giving me a hard time about making restitution. They are crooks.

PENCO is AWFUL. PENCO manages the homeowner's association in my neighborhood. They took over a few months ago from a prior company, and things have gone downhill quickly. In particular, we have an aggressive dog in our neighborhood who is frequently unleashed and has attacked my dogs on multiple occasions. I've made both electronic and written reports with as much detail as possible, yet PENCO has refused to address the issue despite my multiple attempts to address it with them. In addition, the contact person at PENCO is rude and unprofessional. I'd give zero stars if that were an option.

Cannot begin to discuss how irresponsible and immoral the conduct of Penco Employees can be. They do stuff like lose money on people's accounts, then fine you, claiming you paid late. They don't follow through on work requests. They spray stuff on our lawns and won't tell us what it is. When I found out, it was stuff you you can't buy at the Home Depot store and isn't to be used where children and pets play. Are you reading this Debbie?

I hope so, I don't know how you sleep at night. Some of us wonder how you would like it if we looked up your address and spayed the same stuff on your lawn and didn't tell you. Stay away at all costs.

Very poor style of management. The manager of our condominium is incompetent in her job and very rude. After asking several times to fix an issue, she did not take any action and said she will call cops if we keep asking her again and again. For the sky rocketed condo fee they charge, they don't provide the service. Stay away.

Worst management company ever! The employee that is responsible for the property does not return residents calls, does not provide sufficient information about the projects. Maintenance is at higher price since we switch to them. We pay double for almost everything because they select expensive service provider (or at least the price that we see is higher so wonder why). Stay away from them.

Penco mgt and Bobbie are so unresponsive, non professional, rude at times.frankly Bobbie is a trouble makers when it comes to any follow threw on any concern on the part or parts of most residents in Devonshire Village. There seems to be a buddy system in the council with Penco, maybe a closer look into how and why things are done for who and when, will clear things up.

After all many residents have all the same concerns about wood and water. There has not been minutes for any meetings sent to any residents for some time. The financials are a joke and not open to the residents, But hidden and manipulated in ways that won't show up to us. I only hope that You Don read this and take a closer look at your president and how she operates.
