Performance Property Management is a full service management company that specializes in managing. Our company pays for Adword programs to ensure that our website is in the top results when specific words are searched in major search engines, such as Yahoo, Google and Bing. Prepare a written inspection sheet along with digital photos of your property prior to resident's move in.
Performance Property Management rents without regard to an applicant's race, ethnic background, sex, age, religion, marital or familial status, physical disability or sexual orientation. As part of our commitment to provide equal opportunity housing, we comply with all federal, state and local laws prohibiting discrimination.
Our owner reports are prepared and either uploaded to your Owner Portal or mailed on the 25th day of each month, as well. Please contact our office if you don't receive your mailed report by the first day of the following month. In addition, an archive of your financial reports is stored at your Owner Portal (going back to October of 2010).
Contact our office at least 24 hours in advance of your move-in date to schedule your move-in appointment. Your move-in appointment will be at our office location. Each adult (18 years of age or older) must be present at your move-in appointment to sign the Lease. Be sure that each adult brings a photo identification (driver's license or state identification card).

Performance Property Management is very easy to work with and genuinely flexible to your schedule with whatever you're needing. I rented an apartment through them and was more than happy with their updates prior to me moving in. Their onboarding process was easy to follow and their response time to my application and specific requests was very quick. If you're looking to rent or own a property you want managed, I'd highly suggest using Performance Property Management.

I called and spoke to Christina and was told I could not get approved because I have section 8 and it will not add to 3 times the rent. It is actually 4 times the rent including my section 8. My friend lives in the apartments in pinedale and they are full of roaches and dirty. Every time they go out there I am told a Mexican girl is always smoking in the car as she is pulling up. Lol very professional.
They are prejudice and are only in it for the money. I asked to speak to management she stated she was so I asked for owner and was told he is on vacation, which I am sure is a complete lie. Your prices are way to high for the roaches and working with prejudice people are not worth it.

Performance Property Management has handled my rental property for years. With them, I never need to worry about the property being taken care of. They handle everything including finding good renters and maintaining the property and yard. They even handle all paperwork for my end of year tax returns and they keep detailed records. C J and his team are always responsive via emails and phone calls and they are extremely professional. I would recommend them to any landlord or persons needing a rental.

I've rented from Performance for about a year now, and I have nothing but good things to say about their operation from top to bottom. They are professional, responsive, reasonable, fair, and just good people to interact with in general. A few months prior to writing this present review, I personally contacted CJ because I was so impressed with the operation. Christina and the rest of the staff are fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market. For what it's worth, I chose them over two other property managers, and it was absolutely the right decision.
