0/5 Never response to emails and never actually get to talk to a person that can help. They are always busy for whatever reason. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ever experience. It feels like they are the customer and we are always begging them to response.

As a property manager myself of 17 years, never have I come across such a horrific organization compromised of incompetent, uncaring, rude individuals. They serve little purpose to their end users, the actual homeowners and tenants. The lady answering the phones sounds like an 80 year old smoker from NY who quickly resorts to being confrontational.

Customer service was never her bag. Kaylee is only good for passing messages along. The Regional Mgr. Debbie has not responded at all, and the list goes on. But don't take my word for it, just look at all the other reviews. Next is contacting the DBPR and filing a complaint against the LCAM license. I suggest you do the same because this company truly deserves to go out of business.

Welcome to Sandalfoot Squire Phase 1 HOA, where you will be treated as the enemies of the horrendous Phoenix Management, Jordan Desnoes, CAM, and the 2022 deranged HOA. There were 4 candidates who ran for 5 available seats. Therefore, an election of the Board wasn't even required by law. So technically, residents NEVER VOTED for the Board of Directors.

The Board consists of a trio of heavy investors, playing Devil's left, right, and center on resident's expenses: President Patricia Fyke, Thieu Nhu Cho, aka HOA QUEEN KARENS, and Mario Mesquita. We also have Celia Lievore, a new Board member trying her best to shed some light to the community. The Board later appointed Joseane a seat on the Board but never officially informed residents the new Board member. Residents are paying a whopping $330 monthy to the HOA, plus assessments one after another.

And to boost the trio, HOA QUEEN KARENS smacked residents with a $75 money order for Parking decals. Each unit owner will received 1 parking decal and 1 guest hanger for their cars. NO owner/tenant can park in guest spaces. Owner can NOT park decaled car in guest spaces, and his/her guest hanger car in the owner's space. What difference does it make?!

Show us on a doll how us switching parking spaces hurt you, deranged QUEEN KARENS? Countless residents' cars were towed and booted. The deranged trio is financially supporting the Westway towing and the No Go booting companies, pushing forward borderline unlawful practices.

Oh my goodness this might be the worst customer service business ever. Everyone does what they want there. I can never get to whom ever I would be calling for never. It's always always a problem. Always. I'm a owner and this is our association management. Why are we paying for this service. Nobody cares there. They always eating always at lunch. How long is lunch!?!

The full shift? They never answer the phone. I pay associations fees and if I see a discrepancy on my account, I'm calling, as I should. That's money getting played with. We work too hard to be getting played with like children. The operators don't even greet the caller anymore just click and straight to voicemail. They are not working! What service is this what are we paying associations for Phoenix management should be changed to employee do what you want management there's no professionalism here. This is straight ghetto if I may say so. UNPROFESSIONAL!

I have been meaning to thank you for resolving a few issues. First of all I noticed the 2nd trash can by the mail and appreciate the placement. It has helped to end the trash overflow by the mail boxes! Also, thank you for speaking with the landscaping company about our hedges being trimmed - they look great :

To any condo association or coop: Pay more and go elsewhere. Worst company ever. Stay away from this company. Staff rotates and leaves constantly. Finally, when you as a customer, think there's a good staff member, such as Evelyn, that member leaves in no time. Or is fired (Perhaps because at Phoenix people who work hard and are honest, are not appreciated for their good work ethics, because, only when they're dubious, unethical and thieving like the rest of the staff, giving terrible service - people at this company do not even understand the difference between credit and debit - then you are kept on and probably promoted).

For example: For over 1 year I have been trying to set up automatic payments which. duh. should be: MONTLY as. duh. fees, mortgages, rent etc. NEWSFLASH are usually owed monthly. PURPOSELY, Phoenix charges quarterly. Then charges you 2 late fees per quarter. Making extra extra $$$ per year. Basically robbery without putting a gun to your head. Thieves!

For example: Also, speaking to staff, you come to find out that staff does not know the difference between credit and debit. All sorts of basic stuff that any person should know really and certainly a person in a bookkeeping job - but at Phoenix they don't understand that difference and are oblivious to basic math and bookkeeping basics. It's like trying to have a conversation with a 2-year-old about payments and automatic payments and late fees. it will not be retained and is not going anywhere. VERY frustrating if you are dealing with an adult.

The most unprofessional company I ever had to dealt with. Our community is trash since they take over, our lawn are dry, no upkeep, the roofs of the buildings are leaking, they no longer offer pest control services, the tennis court is a disgrace to look at. They do not return calls, emails or having the common decency to speak with residents. They hide behind meetings on zoom and refused to invite you when attempting to join.

I'm not sure why the Board of Directors agree with their antics. They placed booths on residents cars, forces each resident to pay $25.00 for living in their apartments, and then $50.00 for guests how pathetic!. The residents of these associations are paying them to have their lives disrupted. Phoenix management obviously feels like they are the big bad wolf of these residents. Just a friendly reminder we pay you with our hard earned dollars not the other way around!. Im not sure how they are still in business and are allowed to continue operating!

Worst experience I've ever had with a HOA management company. Absolutely horrendous at answering the phone, emails or voicemails. The neighbourhood I live in absolutely despises them for pushing forward borderline unlawful practices. If you park in this neighbourhood overnight even when registering on their site it's 50$ for decal or they will tow your car.

On top of residents having to pay 25$ to park their car there. The money has to be delivered via money order and they are 40 minutes away. Insane. If you are a business looking to contract them as property management, run. Unless you want to completely destroy the trust between you and your residents.

One of the worst managment companies on earth. After being dropped from many buildings one would think this company would make the effort to be a better service to remaining buildings under contract. Don't use this company. Rude, unprofessional and just going to take your money!

The office staff is extremely rude, does not answer calls and when they do, they put you on hold for half an hour. I have aproperty and have been trying to get paperwork done for permits and rental application, but nobody seems to respond to the emails. Very unprofessional office and business. My comment will go to corporate next. These are people's homes and we pay a monthly fee for a service that is not provided.
