Management is great! Sarah was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of us renting our apartment. They are also good about tending to maintenance issues in a timely fashion. Overall the complex is quiet, although we have had noise issues due to an upstairs neighbor and being close to the street. There is also a theft problem. My husband has had items stolen from his motorcycle (temporary tags and a cover) twice now in the 3 months that we have lived here.

I know there is a courtesy officer on site, but I do question how efficient s/he is. We also get frequent foot traffic from the surrounding areas, which concerns me since there's nothing in place to control who can enter the apartment grounds. It is a decent bang for you buck given washer/dryer and cable is included in rent, however it's not as secluded as I would like it to be.

I have lived at the Preserve at Westview apartments for over two years now and I have only good things to say about them. The apartments are well kept and the staff is courteous and attentive. They have planned events throughout the year (my personal favorite being the Thanksgiving dinner) and the maintenance team is quick to respond and fix whatever issues arise. Overall a great living environment!

My husband and I have lived here [The Preserve at Westview] going on 8 years. The staff has always taken great care of us. If there are maintenance issues they typically handle them within a day and communicate if the repair will take longer. The office staff is very friendly and they offer resident activities several times a year [plus free coffee and cookies in the office].

We're on the third floor so we have vaulted ceilings in the living room and I love that our apartment has a hallway, which makes it feel bigger. It's definitely bright as there are a ton of windows, which can be difficult to keep cool if it's even a remotely warm day and vice versa, the cold weather carries through the windows too. I can hear the neighbors from time to time as the sound and vibration carries between floors, but that's typical apartment living.

It's generally pretty quiet as most people realize they are connected to others. The complex is also close to anything you might need and all in all I'd definitely recommend living here!

The apartments at the Greenhaven Trace complex are spacious and reasonably priced for the amenities that come along with them, especially in comparison to a lot of other complexes. Grounds are well kept and maintenance is very nice! Sarah (property manager) is super sweet and has been very helpful since I moved out here. All of my neighbors are friendly and I haven't had any major issues. Sometimes there is a noise issue from the person above me, but overall I like living there and intend to renew my lease.

Green haven trace apartments is affordable, safe, and a quiet place to live. I have lived here for about 3 years and I don't plan on moving until I buy a forever home. The staff is always friendly and work very hard to correct any issues you may have. The maintenance crew is always respectful and responsible and they make e feel safe. As a single parent, I couldn't recommend a better place to live. The prices are affordable and the neighborhood in general is safe. I highly recommend this area to anyone!

We have a LONG history with the preserves at west view apt complex! We have lived here in total for going on 4 years. In 3 separate apartments. Started with a one bedroom for my boyfriend and I at the time, then moved in with his parents, ending up coming BACK to a two bedroom and got married and left again to move in with my parents, and came BACK AGAIN to where we now we live in a 3 bedroom as a family with our kids!

The point is we've looked at other apt complexes yet we keep coming back here. Any problem we've ever had has been addressed and fixed in a. timely manner and we haven't had but maybe a handful in the 4 years we've been here. The maintenance and office staff are incredibly welcoming, very nice and actually treat you like family. I love going to visit with them and just catch up with each other as we've built a decent relationship in the time I've been here.

The amenities are wonderful as well and the ground is well maintained at all times. They are very accommodating and go above and beyond "their job descriptions" and actually care about the residents. I've moved my mom and my friends in here because I love it that much. Not to mention a wonderful perk is you feel like your aren't in the city life but can easily get anywhere within a few short minutes because of the location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I must say that I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Greenhaven Trace apartments! From the initial interest calls with Sarah from her being prompt & helpful to move-in. Terry is fun & efficient with repairs! I love how open & spacious the floor plans are! The price is GREAT for the layout accompanied with cable, washer & dryer, car wash, gym & pool with cookout area!

I also appreciate the option to pay your rent online without any extra fees. When I first moved in I sat out at the fountain every night! I most definitely will be renewing my lease here!

I have lived here over 8 years & very happy to call this home! As a single Mom the maintenance free living is a win win. Anytime I have an issue it's handled promptly & professionally! I live at the Preserve at West View and it is truly the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in and I have lived in several throughout my life. The staff is super nice and attentive whenever you need help. Maintenance is always handled efficiently and in a timely fashion. They are also big on having a warm sense of community which I love! Pickering has been a great management company for the complex!

I live at the Preserve at West view and we love it! The ladies in the office are very nice and respectable. The maintenance staff always keep the property nice and clean and they do all the repairs in a very timely manner ( which is very important to us). The location is perfect close to everything but yet not too close. We enjoy all the extras that is here for us and the events put on by the company. I recommend living here to anyone.

Pickering & Company IS NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT! they are literally MONEY HUNGRY! and prey on their tenants (college students) who cannot afford the hidden fees and rates of this establishment. Pickering & Company needs to be exposed for their wrong doing. You can ONLY PAY YOUR RENT ONLINE! & they wait 4 days until they take the money out of your account so you are spending money that you dont have and they will charge you a NSF FEE (insufficient funds fee) for not having the correct amount on top of the late fee and overages ($75 utility allowance between 3 people), even though your bank charges their own NSF Fee. Pickering & Company is the WORST leasing office IN THE WORLD! they never answer the phone and will contradict what they say and do. ALSO! Pickering & Company have claimed that one of my roommates has not paid her rent since she signed her lease 5 months ago, even though Pickering & Company has sent email confirmations to assure that it was paid.

She is JUST now getting evicted for non payment since August and it is now January. Pickering & Company is an unorganized establishment that needs on site PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT! Pickering & Company thinks us college students can pull money out of our as*, for their unnecessary charges.
