I dealt with Paul Ash on separate occasions in separate communities and the experience has been awful! Way to much I've dealt with to go into specific detail about it! If you read some of the other reviews below you can see how they respond to complaints.

Worst company ever! They lease properties with major issues such as plumbing, termites and A/C! The property I rented was a nightmare the first few months we had no plumbing we had to travel to the nearest store to use the restroom. We also didn't have any A/C or heat and had to purchase heaters and fans which they won't reimburse it took them forever to even put a new unit in!

Then recently we had a termite problem and they still haven't fixed it but they just sold the whole complex to someone else to deal with the issues! Darci doesn't keep up with documents or receipts they misplaced my money orders twice and claimed I didn't pay! Please never rent through them it will be a nightmare! The location of my store was 6011 E 22nd St, Tucson AZ 85741 Tomorrow we will finally be moving out they didn't even give us 30 days to move out and said there is no other option for move out dates! Biggest fraud company ever they should be ashamed renting trash properties to business owners!

Paul Ash has managed 1200 River Road in Tucson for a few years now. I'd like to give a shout out to a Paul Ask employee, Sarah Ivey, who was responsible for managing HOA issues at 1200 River Road. In the times that I worked with Sarah, I found her to be responsive, professional and courteous. This type of treatment makes a huge difference to those of us who have to turn to others for help with property issues. I never had to contact her more than once on any given issue. Thanks, Sarah!

Not sure if this is a real business or a scam. They contacted my liability insurance company to be put on my commercial property policy (in California), however, I don't use any property manager and have no affiliation with this company. I contacted them and they said it'll be a while until they figure it out but that I should add them to my policy in the meantime.

Critical: Professionalism Copper star condominiums have been PITCH BLACK at night for over a month and Paul Ash management has not done anything to fix it. All of the lamp posts and lights for the laundry/fitness room have went out for weeks.

This management company for 1200 e River rd recently hired a new manager for the property and I'm hopeful for better change around here. There are many major issues on the property but I do feel like she is trying to make things better and for that I thank her. But I can not give this management company as a whole much praise yet. I've been here over six months and one of the most frustrating things is trying to get ahold of the management company.

Have it be phone, email, fax (lol) but it can take over a week in some cases to get a response. The new manager is very nice and I do feel like she has compassion for her job. I just am still waiting to see an actual overall improvement on this property, especially with how expensive the HOA monthly fees are. The plants are dying, the landscaping river rocks are being stolen, cars broken into, buildings are in dire need of exterior paint, "red" curbs are now barely pink, huge ant hills are all around the property, and homeless people are constantly on the property rummaging through the dumpsters and such. I really hope this new manager follows her goals and I'm excited to see positive change.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value It is a well known fact within their managed communities that Paul Ash mgt. is completely incompetent, and residents are extremely unhappy with the "service" (if you can call it that) they provide.

While the employees are nice, it is really hard to get ahold of them. I am assuming their business hours are from 9-5 Mon-Fri, but no one seems to answer the phone past 3pm or before 11am. The communication between offices and management is deplorable. I have tried multiple times to access the gym in my building and none of them knew if it was open or what was going on, to this day I still can't access my own gym. It has quite literally been weeks.

We are extremely impressed with the caliber of Property Managers on staff at Paul Ash. In my industry, Pest Control, we have to deal with some particularly sensitive issues in the homes of our clients. Over the last couple years we have had an opportunity to interact with much of the Paul Ash staff and each one has been responsive, thorough, and moreover, genuinely concerned for the well being of the residents and properties in their charge.

I salute Jena, Raylyn, and Barbara, with whom we have had the pleasure of working directly. As a well established pest control provider, we have worked with many of the large management companies in Tucson. You will not find a better, more professional team in this city.
