PML Management

PML's experienced Property Management team, supported by a full staff of secretarial and computer specialists, gets the job done. The PML Accounting Department sets the standard for financial reporting, providing clear, concise, and timely financial statements in compliance with California Civil Code. PML's Maintenance Services provide full-time trained personnel for large associations that need on-site services.

Small associations may contract with PML for minor maintenance work. PML believes strongly in keeping pace with the fast changing industry and to that end, all of its property managers are designated as Certified Community Association Managers through the California Association of Community Managers education program.
